Hotel per fare shopping a Veliko Tarnovo

“Excellent location. We had a big room with aircondition. The host was very nice and service minded. It made our stay in Veliko Tarnovo even better. We would love to go back.”

“Really good location and not too bad of a view. It says that they have spa, but you have to pay individually for any single of the amenities and had construction a room away from ours in the morning.”

“We arrived about 7pm to be told we had no room even though I had a confirmation of the booking. Was repeatedly hung up on and my calls also ignored. They also ignored hotels.com when they called to also help. Veliko was very busy and we would've been without a room for the night had a local old lady not overheard our problems and offered to help us find a bed for the night - thankfully she spoke English! Do not recommend as this is totally unacceptable service and very worrying for people...
