Dear Elvio, We are absolutely surprised about your review because as you booked our annex apartment, that was the exactly place where you stayed. You did not book a room, but an apartment. Maybe Expedia website was not that clear, but if you take 5 seconds to read your resevation confrmation you will see that everything was exactly as reserved, also the address. I think that this reservation was made by you, so this can not be considered our mistake, and we suggest you to read with attention what you reserve for your next trip. Another thing: why should we cancel or modify your opinion about your stay? Talking about mafia, when you have just misread what you booked is just... well... it speaks for itself. Unfortunately, it is not possible to install a lift in this building as in the most part of the city, because of structural reason, in fact this is an ancient palace with more than 100 years of history.
