Wanted to send below recension directly to person in charge of breakfast room, in order to avoid public critic, but on the hotel’s web site there is only one, general email address “info”, so not sure if it would ever reach person in charge.
I have been coming to this hotel often times in past years, because it is near the train station.
All these years, breakfast room has always the identical issue: prompt availability of hot food, especially eggs. Every single time, the tray remains without omelet and guests need to wait, in my last visit, 10 minutes to get omelet.
It is September (highs season), it is Saturday (weekend), travels are finally allowed (hotel was fully booked, groups and individual guests), it is 9.00 AM (super busy part of the morning), and there you go, there is no omelet. Again.
- omelet tray was empty for quite some time, personnel seems to act only upon guests signalization, not checking the tray regularly.

How is it possible that eggs could be missing at such important circumstances such as highs, season, weekend, full hotel, 9.00 AM? What is happening with the communication between restaurant and kitchen? Kitchen should be informed before the tray is empty, and with fully booked hotel, one tray should already be ready in the kitchen.
