Pulizia nella media, reception e personale non presenti in loco ma distanti qualche minuto dalla struttura, camera molto piccola, vecchia e non curata (anzi abbastanza trascurata). Unico punto di forza la posizione a pochi minuti da rialto.

La struttura è in posizione comoda ai traghetti ed alle maggiori aree di interesse di Venezia; è confortevole e pulita. Purtroppo non è dotata di ascensore e per accedere alla camera è necessario fare una lunga rampa di scale, pertanto scomodo per il trasporto dei bagagli ma anche per le persone con ridotta capacità motoria e totalmente inadatta a persone con defici deambulatorio

Hotel carino, colazione decisamente migliorabile!
La colazione offerta è veramente misera. Solo prodotti confezionati. A parità di prezzo - nei dintorni - ci sono sistemazioni che offrono molto di più alle stesse quotazioni. Per il resto tutto bene, stanze comode e pulite, sistemazione silenziosa. Caratteristica la vista sul canale. All'interno è un delirio di scale come in molti altri palazzi storici veneziani trasformati in affittacamere ma nel complesso è tenuto bene.

Mah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A parte la mancanza di una anche miserrima indicazioen (la signora dell'edicola è stata carina) una camera arrampicata in cima a delle scale impervie con graziosa vista su una corte interna di 2x2m rifinito con con tubi coibentati con poliuretano espanso abbellita con tralcio di fiori finti. Il bagno con vasca da puffi con seduta e quindi per farti la doccia devi stare in 40 cm quadrati lottando con il soffione che non ti cada in testa e che possibilmente ti getti l'acqua addosso e non solo sui piedi.

We loved this place. Centrally located in the city of Venice. Staff was very friendly and did a great job communicating about check-in. What is amazing huge room and a beautiful view of the grand canal. The hotel is more of a boutique which makes even better for its charm

Contrary to what's advertised on Expedia, there is no front desk at this location. instead, it's managed by staff from another hotel. While these staff members were nice and friendly, their presence couldn't salvage our disastrous stay. We had no means of contacting onsite staff. The room was not only filthy but also emitted an unpleasant odor. It felt as though we were lodged in a repurposed storage space with low ceilings and a poorly designed layout. I couldn't even fit into the shower comfortably. The shuttered window opened to a duct chase, where bathroom exhaust from neighboring homes would waft in. The photos provided were misleading, the stairway depicted has nothing to do with the actual hotel entrance, which was located elsewhere.

Fantastic service, great location
I stayed for one night during a long layover between flights and although i arrived after check in reception closed and departed the next morning before it opened again, the staff were amazing in accommodating me outwith these hours. The hotel and the room itself was great, especially for the price, and is a great location only 15 minutes walk to St Marks Square and good links for the water bus etc. I happened to be staying the night before a 24 hour transport strike which i wasn't aware of before booking the city centre location, and having only found this out once i arrived there was a worry regarding making it to the airport in the morning. The staff dealing with the Whatsapp contact number were amazing in helping, they gave me all details for a private water bus company and all info on timings/location etc. This really helped me to have a relaxing nights stay. Absolutely fantastic customer service going above and beyond. I plan on visiting Venice properly in the future and will definitely be looking at staying here again!

Dirty- hairballs and beer bottles on the balcony, dust everywhere, dirty sheets. Also was supposed to have AC but it didn’t work so it was super uncomfortable. To make matters worse, no one works there so check in and out is on the 3rd floor of a different building a few blocks away in a super busy area so you have to drag your suitcases to and from this place to check in and out. Stay far far away.

Kleines Hotel in perfekter Lage 3-4 min zur Rialto Brücke und 10 min zum Markus Platz. Rezeption ist aber nicht besetzt und Schlüssel muss man sich von einem anderen Hotel abholen das etwa 3-4 min weg ist zu Fuss. Dort kann man dan. Auch Gepäck lagern wenn man erst am Abend fliegt oder sehr früh ankommt. Zimmer ist klein aber sauber und alles da, nur die Dusche ist für ältere Menschen nicht wirklich gut geeignet. Fur mich aber super Hotel und gerne wieder und super Preisleistungsveehältnis

The hotel does not have a reception desk which caused confusion as I was asked to check in at another hotel/branch which was about 4min walk from this hotel. Not far but confusing as this was communicated to me on the last day before check in. There was no info about wi-fi, since there wasn’t a reception at the hotel, I emailed the staff to ask about the wi-fi details and to date I haven’t heard back. Another hotel desk was kind enough to share the Wi fi details. The hotel is located close to Rialto bridge so the location is good, food places are nearby and the hotel is clean. The room size was fairly good but the bathroom was quite small. The absence of reception is a big turn off because you couldn’t communicate with the hotel staff and walking to another building for every query is an extra pain.

Hotel is in a very central location for exploring venice. The price is very cheap for central Venice but also reflects the fact the hotel has some compromises eg no lift to get luggage up to room, reception services provided from a different hotel and some sound proofing issues between rooms. Was fine for a night or two.

About the lift, Palazzo Lion Morosini is a XVIth Century Palace and its peculiar and unique structure does not allow, unfortunately, the possibility to have one to be installed. Best regards

We really enjoyed our Venice stay! The room was comfortable, the bathroom fully renovated, the location was ideal. The only challenge was the thin walls. We were kept awake and woken by our neighbours.

Ok but need to be aware of noise. See details.
We booked this larger room for the view of the canal and there were 2 high windows directly facing the canal. So that was ok. What people have to know is that the stairs are very steep and you have to carry your suitcase up so travel light! The walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbors loud and clear left, right and above. Also there is a very noisy bar/restaurant under the bedroom so it is noisy up to 1 am. The toiletries were cheap and not up to par with price of room. Bed was ok, a little hard. The canal starts being busy at 7 am so if you fear the noise, hotel is not a first choice. Location was good.

I don't understand what you mean with the photo of the shampoo and soap bars, what did you want??Furthermore, with regard to noises, I remind you that we are in the center of Venice!! next time you can book in the countryside or by the sea (in winter you will be alone!)

A complete dump. Rude staff. Stay away!
The staff was rude. They advertised as having AC but it does not (read other reviews!). Same with WiFi, basically non-existent. We were told to open the room coz they don’t want to turn on the AC so not surprisingly mosquito bites by the morning. The fridge in the room was also disgusting, wasn’t cleaned. We expected the place to be old because it is Venice, but this place was a complete dump for 300 Euros a night. When we complained about the AC, the guy got so aggressive. Stay away from this place! Read the other reviews and it appears they advertise things they have no intention of providing or will find any excuse why such things are not available or not working. I don’t understand why hotels.com allows this business to continue booking on their website with false advertising. This is 1 of 7 properties during our almost month-long trip. We had amazing stays at all others. But this one is just plain awful.

Mr. Bayot Perseus, a very clean person (our maid did not want to enter their room because she felt like throwing up for the dirt and rubbish they left !!) did not understand that the air conditioning with the temperature of 15/18 degrees does not work !!!It is true that we have inscribed it on the ad, but it is also written to us that we have heatingAnd, I tried to make him understand, but to no avail, that if he comes in August (EXAMPLE) we can't give him heating just because it is written in the ad !!The truth (lousy) is that this Bayot wanted the discount (he even made me call from Hotels.com !!)I advise against the whole world to host this personI can send his personal data to those who ask me

a warning to travellers that you may find yourself with broken air conditioning and no fan in the middle of a heatwave. a/c broke on the second night of my stay (temp was 33-35 degrees celsius) and had not been repaired by the seventh night of my stay, when i checked out. a fan was provided by night 5, but only after i requested one/asked for a partial refund (which was ultimately not issued, despite the manager saying we would discuss it further). since A/C was a priority factor in my deciding which hotel to rent, this was quite troubling. hotel amenities are very basic. although conveniently located, the neighbourhood is very crowded/noisy and the hotel did not provide a restful reprieve from the busy, hot streets.

The hotel was exactly what we needed. Right in the centre of everything. The staff were pleasant and the room was accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for anything more for the price.

Localização ótima, porém quando fiz a reserva não tinha nada dizendo que o banheiro era fora do quarto. O banheiro era minúsculo, o local de tomar banho era uma banheira que mal dava para ficar em pé e ainda tinha o desconforto de ter que sair do quarto de madrugada para ir ao banheiro que embora fosse privativo era fora do quarto. A acústica do quarto não era boa, ouvíamos tudo que o vizinho de quarto conversava

kjære snille sir, du har bestilt et LITT rom !! du kan bestille det store rommet hvis du er klaustrofobisk! Og kunne du ikke kontrollere temperaturen? hva mener du ?? i september er de 18 grader, hva ønsket du? Oppvarming ?? eller klimaanlegg ?? eller vil være GOD og justere temperaturen

Amazing location in Venice
Really good location, with most tourist spots accessible within a 15 min walk or so. A 2 second walk to the Canal with a view of Rialto Bridge, which seemed to be a hotspot for people chilling out at night - a really good atmosphere Lots of stairs to get to the room with no elevator so bear in mind if you have difficulty walking Basic facilities and clean - does the job. It’s probably not the place if you plan to stay in the hotel more.

no need to invite people to keep in mind. There is written on all the websites that we DO NOT HAVE a lift However, our rooms are almost all on the first floor! (except one!)

Great location, Close to the Rialto bridge and waterbus station. Very nice and helpful staff, easy communication. Clean and spacious room with everything you need. Good value for money!

Great place in Venice.
This is a great hotel. The value for your money is outstanding. The room is clean and spacious. The location is phenomenal, as it is very close to the Rialto bridge. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The instructions on how to get to the property will be sent to you after you book. They are very good directions, and should take you right to it! The only thing lacking was the Wifi. It was very weak and you had to go into the hallway to use it. The hallway is very hot, but the rooms have more than adequate AC. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay there again.
