Good evening Miss Sharon, Thank you so much for the review, with them we can improve toghether day by day for making the stay of our guests memorable.We are deeply sorry for the misscommunication during breakfast time, but we are glad that at the end everything worked out. In our hotel we have three different types of room, the one that you booked was the Economy room, this type of room doesn't have the bathroom inside, and it is shared with 2 others rooms.The upgrade was changing your room from an Economy to a Standard, this one, on the other hand, has a private bathroom inside, and it's also have an air conditioner.Different service and types of room have different prices too, but when we can we like to surprise our guests with an upgrade, for making their stay more confortable.Still thanks you for the review, we hope to see you again in our beautiful Vernazza.Kindly regards
