Classy communal areas downstairs, and extremely nicely furnished bedroom, Only the bathroom could benefit from future upgrades. “si tratta di un albergo sporco nelle parti comuni con i giardini assolutamente incolti. nelle stanze c'era tappezzeria vinilica di dubbio gusto non confacente con lo stile dell'albergo. le porte delle parti comuni erano tutte usurate dal passaggio dei carrelli la vernice era consumata e si vedeva il legno. abbiamo pagato e siamo scappati via senza neanche soggiornarvi.”

“Handy for Rothsey, and a lovely old building. My room was facing the harbour and an interesting view. Tired in places, chair was very wobbly, and doors etc as you would expect in a property of this age. However, the retro-fitted en-suite was good, and nice and clean. Felt like carpet had not been hovered. The Scottish breakfast was nice and not too overwhelming. Just right. The guys running the place were really friendly and polite.”

“This place is like one out of a fairytale. Most spacious! The property owner cooked amazing l meals and brought them to the room herself! They are wonderful people to meet! “I had wonderful weather and the hosts could not have been more helpful. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Only 2 criticisms: the mirror in the bathroom should be a few inches lower. I am 5ft 2 inches and could only see the top of my head and pepper and salt would be very nice.”
