Buongiorno, abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 notti, buona posizione con fermata metro di fronte, al momento c’è un cantiere nelle vicinanze ma non ha disturbato per niente. In formula bed & breakfast, tutto perfetto, ottima colazione , check in e check out impeccabili, personale cordiale. nulla da eccepire. Consigliato

Ottimo hotel, stanze pulite spaziose e molto silenziose, cosa insolita per un albergo di quelle dimensioni. Linea metro verde a pochi passi, comoda per raggiungere il centro e fare il cambio con la linea rossa utile sempre per il centro e/o per la stazione centrale (che è ottimamente collegata con l'aeroporto). Non avevamo la colazione inclusa ma ho visto che il buffet era davvero molto ricco.

Personale cortese e disponibile, ottima organizzazione con display nella hall con tutte le partenze degli aerei giornaliera e deposito bagagli gratuito a chi lascia la camera ma poi parte in serata e vuole godersi la città ancora per qualche ora. Colazione (pagamento extra) fantastica se sei mangiatore con cose dolci e salate di ogni tipo, persino i tipici salsicciotti. Direi quasi un pranzo più che colazione. Bagni puliti e ben attrezzati con ceramiche di alta qualità. Camera con impianto di condizionatore, a volte un po' rumoroso quando di aziona per mantenere costante la temperatura. Tutte le porte (ascensore, entrata sala colazione, camera) si aprono con la tessera fornita per evitare intrusi. Nel complesso ottimo

La struttura è in ottima posizione, la stazione della metro era molto vicina all’ hotel, personale gentile e disponibile, e in zona c’erano molti pub e ristoranti. L'unica cosa negativa che ho trovato, la mancanza del bidet nel bagno.

Vienna, città meravigliosa e da visitare piu volte nella vita. A noi è capitato già 2 volte: 25 anni fa per la luna di miele, e quest'anno, dopo 25 anni, insieme ai mostri amati gemelli di 22 anni Lorenzo e Maria Francesca. Sia 25 anni fa che quest'anno nello stesso familiare Austria Trend Ananas Hotel...per noi una speciale casa a Vienna. Grazie...e a presto rivederci.

Ottima posizione a pochi metri della metro pilgramgrasse, comodissima per girare tutta vienna e andare e tornare dall'aeroporto. Albergo imponente con molte stanze. Stanza di dimensioni giuste con parquet e con bagno, doccia, fon e sapone. Check in e check out velocissimi. Albergo pulito . Non abbiamo preso la colazione. Intorno ci sono varie panetterie e bar. In questo periodo ci sono lavori di ristrutturazione per una nuova metropolitana accanto all'hotel ma non creano nessun disagio. Consigliato per 3 giorni a vienna

Soggiorno meraviglioso
Abbiamo gradevolmente soggiornoto in quest'hotel collocato in posizione centrale, di fronte alla stazione metro di Pilgramgasse, che in pochi minuti ti porta nei luoghi di interesse. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Vienna è una città splendida, che conserva ancora i segni della grandezza del periodo asburgico. Hanno reso grande l'Austria sovrani come Maria Teresa, Giuseppe II e Francesco Giuseppe. Peccato che si continui ad insistere sulla figura di Sissi che, al di là del mito cinematografico, è stata solo una donna molto capricciosa e instabile, profondamente amata e rispettata dal marito, nonostante le sue intemperanze. Questo in fondo gli Austriaci lo sanno, ma naturalmente conviene sfruttare l'immagine di Sissi. E' utile accompagnare il soggiorno con la lettura del capolavoro dello scrittore Joseph Roth, "La marcia di Radetzky".

L'Hotel in generale è bello, un po' decentrato ma con la stazione della metro proprio davanti, peccato fosse chiusa per lavori per cui ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con l'autobus o con una passeggiata di 10 minuti fino alla stazione metro successiva. Le camere (almeno quelle di categoria standard) non sono invece assolutamente da 4 stelle, piccoline e arredate in modo semplice. Rimane un hotel pulito, ma la camera che ci hanno assegnato questa volta, aveva il condizionatore rumorosissimo, tanto che abbiamo dovuto spegnerlo perché era impossibile dormire. La colazione inoltre era ricca e varia per quanto riguarda la parte salata e yogurt con frutta, ma era piuttosto scarsa per quanto riguarda la parte dolce: pane dolce con marmellate e solo un tipo di torta, che probabilmente non era fresca, ma confezionata.... si può migliorare....

L'hotel e' situato in ottima posizione si raggiunge facilmente il centro. La camera classic che ho prenotato ha costi bassi ma ha tutti i confort. Non e' molto grande e' essenzia ma e' pulita e confortovevole. Il persomale molto attento alle neceasita' dei clienti. Comlimenti. Se dovessi tornare a Vienna soggiornerei nuovamente a questo hotel.

In regards to your stay, which did not meet your expectations, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, and would like to point out that this is absolutely not standard in our hotel and we will most definitely bring this up in our up and coming Executive meeting. We would like to point out that on all websites pertaining to the Austria Trend Hotel Ananas, the information can be found that in the period from February 2019 to January 2020 the underground station U4-Pilgramgasse is closed. We recommend to use the nearest stations U4-Kettenbrückengasse (650 meters / 10 minutes walk) or U4 Margaretengürtel (bus 12A direction Eichenstraße) to reach the Hotel Ananas. In addition, there are numerous bus lines (12A, 13A, 14A, 57A, 59A) in the immediate vicinity. The bus 13A offers a fast connection to the U3 station Neubaugasse, as well as a direct connection to the main Hauptbahnhof. I would like to assure you that it is our main objective to exceed our guests expectations and that we continuously strive in meeting this goal. GRANDE ALBERGO CON TUTTI I CONFORT
E' un grande albergo molto attento alle necessità degli ospiti. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, con cambio giornaliero della biancheria si di bagno che di letto. La colazione è abbondante, ma faccio un appunto perchè i più salata che dolce (una sola torta). Ottima posizione di fronte alla fermata della metro, che però è chiusa fino a gen 2020, e così bisogna raggiungere la prossima che è a 600 mt. LO CONSIGLIIO.
