Location is good. Room tight.
The place was alright, tight for two persons. Instruction was clear. No reception. Location was great. The comforter has stains.

This was my worst experience because of the following: 1. The property is like 15 minutes away from the location it says in the map. 2. The bathroom smelled like pee, and the floors had dust 3. The heating didn’t work. I got sick because of the cold wind that entered through some space in the windows. This property only has one external person that helps with issues and he was no use. 4. The bed was awful! I couldn’t sleep well. There should be refunding possibilities to avoid the existence of places like this…. I truly had the worst time. And now I’m sick. So thank you. Please save yourself the pain and don’t book here.

I don’t know where to start, horrific. Hard to find, nothing like the pictures, I had to buy my own pillow because they were like 20 years old and totally destroyed, no kitchen as in the photo, stained and filthy lounge and you will need to remember 3 different pass codes to get into your stay. It almost ruined my holiday as I was in a bad mood throughout my stay. So so so angry and disappointed, very not an Austrian level of stay, think of it as a hostel ran by crack heads.

The room itself was fine for only 2 nights but the location was not so convenient. Public transportation was easy for this location though. We had a situation the second night of our stay at 1:00AM the day of our extremely early flight. The lock was broken and the codes on the door wouldn’t work. We waited over an hour and there were 2 people that had waited over 2 hours for someone to come fix the entrance door. I wasn’t sure why they didn’t come earlier for the couple. Although this wasn’t their fault that the lock broke the way they handled it after was not accommodative for the inconvenience. I would not stay here again. They also refused to give us a discount for that night after we helped open the door.

I like that it is near the metro station and near restaurants and convenience stores. However the address is wrong and it is really difficult to find the place since there is no sign or any distinctive to tell you about the place. It take us like 30 minutes to find it. When you finally find it, there is no body to help you with the check in. You will need internet connection to contact the administrator via Whatsapp and he will give you the codes to open the doors and get in your room. The place is fine, however the difficulty at the beginning, ruin the whole experience. Not a place I would recommend.

Die Adresse von das Hotel war nicht korrekt in Google maps. Wir hatten ein Problem mit die Feueralarm um es war niemand von Ort um das Problem zu Lössen.

Shows up in Google doc about a mile away. The actual location is very convenient to a subway exit. The room has very little (no chair, no hand towel, no shower mat which caused very wet floor after a shower with their glass covering only half of the shower area). The window faces a main road with lots of people talking loudly through easily 2 am and bad being on the first floor (not exactly hotel’s fault. Staff was very responsive to my concerns. Price is good no I guess you get what you pay for.

Mein Sohn und ich haben die Unterkunft 1 Stunde gesucht, mehrmals angerufen. Eine Link bekommen, der nicht zum Ausfüllen ging. Wir suchten uns dann eine andere existente Unterkunft. Um Mitternacht bekamen wir dann von der Nummer vom Vermieter einen seltsamen Anruf, der mich und mein Kind geweckt hat, was er nun wieder abstreitet. Deswegen sind nun beide Urlaubstage ruiniert. Nie mehr wieder .

Lots of potential but needs lots of improvement.
Location was great amd although not personal, they have great response via whatsapp. However, pillows are horrible -- feel like cotton balls spread out in the pullowcase, no hand towels in the bathroom, barhroom floods with water after every shower due to open shower and they don't place a bath matt or towel of any kind. The TV did not work the entire stay due to no wifi reception.

Oteli bulmamız 1 saati buldu çünkü otelin adı bu değil. Konumu işaretledikleri yerde otel yoktu. Yanlış yere konum gösterip başka bir ismi kullanmışlar. Self-check in yaptık. Sorunumuzu söyleyebilecek biri yoktu. Oda hap kadardı. Sadece 3 tane kırık kıyafet askısı vardı. Dolap ya da çekmece yoktu. Oda temiz değildi. Tavsiyem en azından paltonuzu, montunuzu asabileceğiniz bir yerde konaklamanız ve başka bir yer tercih etmeniz.

Wrong address in hotels.com
Location is excellent can easily walk into town past all the shops and cafe. But note the address inside hotels.com is W R O N G !!! If you follow that you will be 10 mins walk from the actual address which is 101 Mariahilfer strasse … this was very frustrating given we had family and 4 suitcases !! Ensure to download the UBER app for taxi etc Note wifi in room is ok but impossible to connect the TV to wifi

Online Check-In war sehr mühsam und umständlich. Das Zimmer war nicht beheizt.und sehr kalt. Der Heizkörper ließ sich nicht einschalten. Unter den beiden Telefonnummern des Hotels war niemand erreichbar. Über das TV-Gerät konnte nur ein russischer Sender empfangen werden.

Loved the location. Right on the main walking street, next to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Minutes from the subway. There is no staff in the location, which didn't bother us and whenever we had some questions they were promptly answered via WhatsApp. The room furnishing was rather basic. There was no AC in the room, which was a problem on one of the days stayed. The WiFi was spotty and the tv didn't work. The room was very clean, but there was some soapy resedue on the vinyl floor.

« Hôtel » bien situé près du centre dans une rue piétonne très passante. C’était le motif de choix. Une espèce d‘hôtel fantôme puisqu’il n’apparaît nulle part.Paiement immédiat, non remboursable. La réservation (chambre triple) est normale par Internet, mais le check-in on line est un cauchemar. Après avoir passé 20 minutes à remplir ledit formulaire n’était pas arrivé 24 heures avant d‘arriver à l’hôtel. Il a fallu refaire par WhatsApp ltout le processus de check-in, mais les informations pour accéder à l’hôtel n’ont été disponibles qu’à 0:00 le jour de l’arrivée. Un lien pour les codes pour pouvoir accéder à la chambre depuis la rue. Un autre lien pour le Manuel d’utilisation (WI-FI, parking, ...)où la seule information qui apparaît est l’adresse de l’hôtel (enfin!). Pas de réception, Pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner. Les lits ne sont pas faits, le ménage n’est pas fait, les serviettes ne sont pas changées, la corbeille à papier n’est pas vidée (pendant trois jours). Pas de climatisation, le ventilateur fait ce qu’il peut pour donner un peu de fraîcheur pendant des journées et des nuits particulièrement chaudes. En résumé, peut convenir à des routards modernes et « fauchés », sinon, à éviter absolument.
