Lieber Gast, ich hoffe, es geht ihrer Oma gut! Es gibt im Stiegenhaus einen Lichtschalter, bei Betätigung geht das Licht an, in der rezeption passiert das über einen Sensor. Wir haben keinen Aufzug, wie auch auf der Buchungsplattform ersichtlich ist und ich bot ihnen ein zimmer im Erdgeschoß an. Auch die ca. 20-30 Minütige Entfernung vom Zentrum ist auf Expedia ersichtlich und ich denke, man muss das schon bei der Planung einer Reise berücksichtigen, überhaupt wenn man mit einer 78 jährigen Dame unterwegs ist. Bei dem Gespräch mit ihrer oma war ich immer freundlich und höflich und ihnen habe ich auch gehofen die Koffer vom Zimmer zum Taxi zu bringen, die sie in der zwischenzeit gepackt haben.
