Struttura eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Camere, cibo, drinks e pulizia. Personale sempre sorridente e disponibile ad aiutare. Barriera che sta rinascendo con molti più coralli e tantissimi pesci. Soprattutto fruibile in autonomia con corde di aiuto a chi avesse timore. Laguna molto bella e anche chi non nuota può vedere i pesci. E poi a 10 minuti dall’aeroporto e ciò significa che dopo un lungo viaggio a tempo breve si può fare già il bagno.

Il Kurumba è a solo 10 minuti di barca veloce dall’aeroporto di male’. Se prendete le camere dalla 170 circa alla 242 non vedrete Male ma l’interno dell’atollo. È molto pulito, personale attento e sorridente, cibo per tutti i gusti, frutta fresca in abbondanza. Le camere molto confortevoli. Avrete a disposizione gratuitamente acqua in bottiglia, caffè e the. Rifanno la stanza 2 volte al giorno e avrete i teli mare in camera sempre puliti. Il compromesso è che si sentono gli idrovolanti che spostano i turisti. Ma ricordate che al Kurumba il servizio verso e da aeroporto è 24/7. Avete miniclub, piscina è una bellissima laguna protetta che agevola il nuoto sicuro. Potete arrivare alla barriera autonomamente con il supporto di corde nei corridoi per lo snorkelling. Molti pesci sono visibili sebbene la barriera sia come in tutte le Maldive sbiancata.

We have been in Kurumba from the 18th to the 24th of July in a Deluxe Bungalow with an FB program. We had had each meal in the same restaurant, which is Vihamana. First of all, I would like to highlight how delicious the food was. Whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner it was always awesome. There were foods from all parts of the globe, so they could satisfy any kind of taste and preference, and it’s worth to mention also how kind, gentle and not-at-all invasive the staff has been in each meal we had had. Indeed, I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the cooking staff, especially: Kelum (Chef), Alwis (Sous Chef) and Nuwan (Sous Chef) for the kindness and for the incredible cooking skills and passion they put into their work. Thank also to the Pastry Chef Ramjith because, even though we hadn’t had the opportunity to meet him personally, his dessert and sweets are AMAZING (my cellulite wouldn’t think the same way…). I would like to mention also the waiters Shimal and Shaihan, as well as the welcome manager Mia for their kindness and for making us feel as at home. All the staff including waiters, receptionists and cleaning staff were the kindest persons I have ever met. They would keep you asking If your stay is being great without being invasive at all, but they sound interested in treating you well for real. If you will experience any issues, you don’t have to worry about anything, because this incredible team will help and resolve your problem

Bella struttura. Molti confort. Bella sistemazione sulla spiaggia, bellissima vegetazione, eccellente la colazione , buona la cena , il personale si tavoli molto gentili fatta eccezione per qualcuno . Però, non sono rimasta soddisfatta del mare , della vista , troppe barche sia turistiche che cargo . Non immaginavo mai di poter trovare L acqua delle Maldive sporche!!!!!😡

Resort eccellente il cliente e' al centro. Personale presente senza invadenza. Cibo ottimo con molta scelta e di qualita'. Confort del letto molto alto. Pesci pagliaccio nella laguna e molti altri pesci per chi non vuole uscire. Transfer aeroporto Kurumba veloce 5 minuti e perfetto. Per chi cerca una vacanza confortevole, non faticoso per arrivarci dopo un lungo viaggio, con una laguna per chi vuole nuotare in sicurezza. Il General manager ha creato un ottimo team e il cliente ne giova. Reception ottima. Medico presente e area per bimbi.

Estate 2018
Stupendo resort con camere vista mare, ottimo cibo, l’accoglienza dal personale è impeccabile, viaggio rilassante, avevamo un po’ il timore delle piogge, essendo ad agosto, ma siamo stati fortunati, ha sempre fatto bel tempo. Voglio ringraziare in particolar modo Robin Abraham Thomas che al bar della spiaggia non ci ha fatto mancare nulla, Nuwan Don che con il suo ottimo cibo non mi ha fatto mancare pranzi e cene italiane e il manager dei trasporti, Abdulla Mohamed molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente una rilassante vacanza in questo Paradiso. Manuela Napoletano.

Ottima struttura!
Cibo eccezionale! Tutte le massaggiatrici sono bravissime e lo dico perché abbiamo fatto 4 massaggi. Tutte le persone che lavorano nell’isola sono gentilissime e molto disponibili. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccezionale! Non è vero come ho letto in altre recensioni che il rumore degli aerei che passano è fastidioso e non è vero che i prezzi della spa sono elevati,solo chi non ha mai viaggiato può fare osservazioni di questo tipo. Complimenti a tutti,siete un gruppo fantastico!

servizio alberghiero ottimo mare fantastico
Hotel molto bello, pulito, tutto è ben organizzato a partire dal transfer in aeroporto. Il personale molto cortese, preparato, gentile e professionale. Hotel adatto a coppie, famiglie e persone con disabilità. I materassi fantastici, le lenzuola di ottimo cotone, teli mare, borse per la spiaggia, infradito, capsule nespresso e 2 bottiglie d'acqua in camera gratuite. Quest'hotel presenta il grande vantaggio di essere a soli 10 minuti dall'aeroporto con il transfer confortevole a bordo del loro motoscafo. Il cibo è di ottima qualità, vario e abbondante, inoltre per chi vuole cambiare oltre al ristorante principale ci sono diversi altri ristoranti. La laguna circostante l'isola è splendida. Direi che il giudizio è eccellente.

a prima mattina bagno in piscina naturale con baby share no dangerous. resort magnifico. escursioni uniche. mare flora fauna indimenticabili, ristoranti di altissimo livello come di alto livello sono i conti da pagare ma comunque si paga con piacere perché il soggiorno che si trascorre li vale tutti i conti pagati. un vero paradiso

Fantastica esperienza!!
È' stato un soggiorno che non ha assolutamente deluso le mie aspettative!! Il ristorante principale è' veramente ottimo! Il cibo soddisfa ampiamente le esigenze di ognuno: scelta abbondante di vegetali, pesce, cara e dessert ... E altro! Personale cordiale, discreto e disponibile. Massima cura per le stanze. Cosa per noi importante il mare trasparente ricco di pesci e il Rif vicinissimo! 5 minuti dalla spiaggia. E poi la vicinanza a Male' non è assolutamente di disturbo! Anzi al contrario! Permette di arrivare il 10 min all'Aereoporto sfruttando così fino all'ultimo il soggiorno in questo bellissimo Resort!

RESORT DI LUSSO vicino a Male
Kurumba è un resort di lusso, velocemente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto di male (10 minuti di motoscafo) e dunque assai comodo da raggiungere. I servizi sono eccellenti e le sistemazioni sono molto confortevoli, curate e ampie (noi avevamo un Bungalow deluxe). La ristorazione è di alto livello (ci sono 8 ristoranti: giapponese, indiano, asiatico, italiano, cinese, intercontinental etc..) e nel comtempo dal costo elevato: mediamente 70,00- 100,00 dollari a persona (a cena) Per pranzo ci sono anche i bar della spiaggia. Il resort pare adatto a tutti: sia coppie che famiglie. Unica pecca, essendo l'aeroporto e la città di Male vicine, in alcuni parti dell'isola si vede in lontananza Male e a volte si sente il rumore degli aerei di linea che decollano. Nel complesso ottimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un boungalow deluxe, bello e ben curato, bellissimo il panorama che si godeva dal finestrone della camera. Forse meno bello invece il panorama dalla parte opposta dell'isola, quella della reception, perché la città di Malè e l'aeroporto in lontananza non sono bellissimi.

Siamo appena tornati dal Kurumba Hotel (Maldive) e nel complesso l'esperienza è stata molto positiva. lascio qui di seguito alcune indicazioni : posizione = molto comoda (vicino all'aereoporto - meno di 10 minuti di barca veloce) - il rumore degli aerei non dava eccessiva noia. Panorama= sinceramente per noi non è stato idilliaco.. nel senso che dalla nostra camerea vedevamo in lontanaza la città di Malè e l'aereoporto.. tuttavia dipende molto dalla posizione della camera.. mare = bellissimo.. abbiamo fatto snorkeling ed io mi sono dilettato non poco con il windsurf.. cibo = abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione - buffet molto curato e di ottima qualità. L'hotel comunque è dotato di 5 ristoranti. Piscine= belle anche se un po piccole.. comunque non si va alle maldive per andare in piscina... Camere= arredamento un po datato ma nel complesso non male. Pulizia e Servizio = buono Prezzo = al prezzo della camera (molto buono) si devono per forza aggiungere tutti extra come cibo,bevande, escursioni e noleggio di windsurf e altre cose simili chiaramente il costo aumenta sensibilmente.. tuttavia ritengo che sia in linea o addirritura inferiore alle strutture di pari livello Maldiviane.

The resort itself was good but was tainted by the almost constant sound of aeroplanes and seaplanes taking off or flying over. Unfortunately, this and the view of Male airport and port (large, unsightly ships!), spoilt the idea of a desert island. The main bar staff were lovely, especially Ameed, April and Noy. They were very friendly and professional. As for housekeeping, we had to ask for them to visit one day and on another occasion, our bed wasn’t made. Food was good in the restaurants and the buffet food was reasonable.

Older resort, but has been well maintained and refurbished so doesn’t feel too out of date. Grounds very well kept, good selection of dining options for resort of its size. Some views can be a bit ugly given proximity to Male… but fine if your room is on the right side of island. Staff were great and helpful overall.

Kurumba is a gorgeous resort conveniently close to the international airport in Malé and offering the best in service, stunning scenery, gorgeous beaches and lagoon where tropical fish swim alongside you. The staff were incredible and kind and the amenities, restaurants and our room could not have been more perfect. Even when the resort must have been busy with guests we always felt as though we had it to ourselves. Quiet and romantic. I cannot recommend Kurumba Maldives highly enough.

We returned to Karumba to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It is still beautiful as we remembered it but they have not stood still, with updated, very comfortable accommodation, fantastic dining options with superb wine to accompany the delicious food. Loved it, see you in another 25.

Rhe Kurumba boat was prompt to pick my up from a transfer boat at Male Airport. Loved the room/ outside bathroom. The staff was amazing.

Nice property, the staff were very pleasant. The general quality of the food was not great, though after informing staff they specifically cooked my meals which was appreciated. Food is expensive, drink is expensive, $6 dollars for a 260ml of regular cola is too much. There is no alternative to what’s on the Island. If they want to charge those price the quality of the food needs to be good.

I want to take the time to address a very unpleasant experience that I encountered during my time at Kurumba. My fiancé and I had visited Kurumba from April 6th to April 10th of this year. When we previously visited Kurumba in 2022, we had the best time and it was the reason why we came back this year as well. I want to point out that Maldives consists of many beautiful and exotic islands and other options as well that we could have chosen, that could have also been cheaper. Regardless of knowing that, our heart was set on Kurumba. We paid the heavy prices of staying at Kurumba only to leave with the most embarrassing time. On April 9th, my fiancé and I had visited the outside bar that is located in front of the room 173, we wanted to have a couple of drinks and have a great time on the beach. The bar server's name was Pinka I believe, upon arriving at the bar we noticed that he was not welcoming at all. I decided to order a Pina Colada, and told him that I want it to be sweet. He replies back and states "It is already a sweet drink". I disregarded his comment, we got our drinks and went into the water. We came back for another drink and again I ordered a Pina Colada and told him that I would like extra coconut cream, he replies back and states "Coconut cream has a lot of sweet and fats which you shouldn't be drinking, you should be drinking less sweets" while stating this he was looking at my body and indicating that I am fat and lecturing me about my body weight

1. Less than 15 mins via easy boat transfer from the main airport, which is fantastic after longhaul travel with small children. 2. Beautiful small island exclusive to the resort with wonderful beaches all around. Lots of space so that, even when fully booked, the beach is never croweded. 3. Friendly and efficient staff who get things done with no fuss. Houskeeeping and gardening staff are really effective and do and exceptional job in the background. Front staff offer excellent suggestions on requests to make most of the stay. Snorkeling gear is available for use at no cost. 4. Fantastic gardens throughout the island. The staff really care for the plants and trees, making it truly feel like a tropical paradise. 5. We stayed in a Beach Villa, which had all we need for a luxury stay, with a private pool, outdoor shower. 6. The main buffet restuarant was generally okay, typical of big resorts, with friendly staff. There are other bettwr dining options if you want variety, but at added cost and some pre planning. Note: Be mindful that, being an island close to the main city, some rooms have a 'city view' of the developing Male, making it feel less like postcard Maldives. The staff are helpful to make sure you book the right room for you. You will also hear the buzz of departing aircraft big and small. Just ignore it if your can. For us, the convenience of proximity to the airport, the beauty of the island, bungalow and staff outweighed these not so great bits.

The closest island to the main airport and only 10min by boat to the island from the airport. Tranquil and beautifully presented island, which staff take care of daily. Staff have been well treated - as some staff have been there for 30 yrs. If you want peace you can have that, if you want to interact with other humans you can too. Varied and diverse dinning options - perfect
