“Beautiful old building. Great area. Rooms were quite nice and clean. Just no staff were ever present in our three night stay. An elderly couple who couldn’t speak English sat in the front lobby, often. I’m not sure if they worked there cleaning rooms or were a guest but if the worked there they made no attempt to communicate or help out, which was an issue because the front door to the building on a busy street was always left open”

“This property was wonderful. Directly on the Royal Mile. Large living area, well maintained, comfortable beds and amenities. Was a little difficult to locate. The gate to the property is in Bishops Close. The closest parking garage was about a 10 minute walk, so drop off luggage first! We used St. James Quarter garage. This was close to all sightseeing. Would definitely recommend!”
