Our reception was fantastic, there were a few mistakes, like getting a room that had been smoked in. The receptionist took things in hand and got it fixed so fast that it left our heads spinning. They made outstanding recommendations for dinner and how to get around the city.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the mini bar was filled with drinks/ snacks etc which we were kindly told to use free of charge! The room came with a little balcony overlooking the city which was a nice addition. The hotel staff were very accommodating and welcoming, and happy to help with any requests. There are an array of lovely local restaurants within short walking distance from the hotel so you won't go hungry. Definitely recommend staying here whilst visiting Petra!

superbe établissement, accueil fantastique, on prend le temps de tout vous expliquer, literie très bonne, piscine sur le toit pratique après une journée sur Pétra. Petit déjeuner complet, on pense à vous fournir une lunch-box si vous partez tôt, même au check-out, boisson à l'arrivée, mini-bar gratuit, très propre. Le seul bémol est l'appel à la prière à 05h00, mais qui concerne tous les hôtels situés à Wadi-Musa. le meilleur accueil que j'ai eu en Jordanie par des gens ayant foi en leur métier et qui savent ce que veut dire le mot "hospitalité". The room was very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was very safe and quiet at night so we were able to rest before exploring Petra. Breakfast was included and it was delicious! They offer a shuttle to the entrance of Petra and they even gave us lunch to bring with us for free!

similar to a 5* hotel
We can highly recommend this hotel in the center of Wadi Musa! The staff at this hotel make it; very friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms are large, have every comfort and are kept very clean. The staff in the breakfast room also do a great job. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The roof terrace with a pool, tables and chairs and loungers with a view over Wadi Musa to the mountains of Petra is also very nice. What we also appreciated about this hotel are: - Things at the fresh breakfast were covered with foil (very hygienic - top service) - Packed lunch to take away when going to Petra (very good idea) We have never experienced such good value for money as at the P Quattro Hotel. Please keep it up!

Hôtel de catégorie supérieur très bien placé, possédant de grandes chambres et idéalement placé à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. Petit parking devant permettant de ne pas chercher de place. Les chambres possèdent tout ce dont vous avez besoin, mais surtout l'accueil et le service est exceptionnel. Ils sont toujours au petits soins avec vous et font tout leur possible pour vous rendre le séjour agréable Mention spéciale à Ashley et Abed qui ont tout fait pour m'aider à retrouver mon bagage perdu à l'aéroport d'Amman, le séjour a été meilleur que ce que j'imaginais. Le petit déjeuner est complet et sympa. L'hôtel possède une piscine sur le toit, ce qui peut être agréable (mais elle n'est pas chauffée, donc un peu froide) N'hésitez pas, je retournerai là bas à coup sûr

This is a really nice hotel. They made us wait a while before the room was ready but we were welcome with refreshments. The in site restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced.

Great hotel with friendly staff and good amenities. We were upgraded on check in to a big room with open mini bar. Huge breakfast buffet with tons of options. When checking out, reception gave us packed lunches for our day, which we were not expecting and it was such a lovely gesture. We had our own car so drive down to the Petra visitor centre just so as to not have to walk the uphill back. Would absolutely stay again. 2 thumbs up :)

Best hotel in Petra!
We had an amazing 2-stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed and the rooftop pool offered a welcome oasis after a long, hot day at Petra. But what made our stay most enjoyable was the welcome we received every time we came back to the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. I have to give a special mention to Mohammed who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He is a very valuable asset to the hotel. Ashley was equally friendly and especially helpful with our “mini-medical emergency” which was not related to the hotel in any way. A big thank you also to Rafat and all the dining room staff for looking after us so well.

Picking this hotel was my best choice in Jordan
This hotel turned out to be perfect for my family. I had low expectations, knowing from past experience that Jordan’s tourism industry, while very refined and luxurious for high-end tourists, is pretty basic for ordinary people like me. For the relatively modest price, I wasn’t expecting much. Turns out, the facilities are kept immaculate, the level of service was sky-high, and the features of the hotel itself were pretty amazing. For example, I found nothing below standard in my family’s room - and I get freaked out by a couple random hairs or an imperfectly cleaned bathroom. Everything was spotless. Likewise the lobby and the buffet area (where the food was excellent). Where they could have let things go was the rooftop terrace, which has a cool pool and an incredible view of Petra at sunrise/sunset. That was also spotless. The best thing, though - and I suspect the reason the hotel seems to aim for and reach some kind of European standard for service - is this manager (?) named Mohammed. The guy nearly broke his neck to make sure everything about our trip was stupendous. He insisted on having his team make us box lunches for our trip to Petra - but hours earlier than normal, because I was intent on being first at the gate well before dawn. He drove us to the gate personally and gave us his WhatsApp to make sure we were picked up the moment we staggered out. He was kind about everything, including when my kid broke the bathroom lock! He should be hired by 4 Seasons.

Loved our stay! From the moment we arrived all the staff went above and beyond to make our time amazing! They were so friendly, it truly felt like coming home every time we went back to the hotel. All were truly eager to meet any request or needs, which was so relieving after a very long travel day. Tameem was especially so helpful, friendly and understanding to our needs. All the staff spoke great English, Wi-Fi was good, and the amount of food at breakfast was overwhelming in a good way! They provided a free lunch/snack bag to take with us to Petra which was a couple minutes drive away, and some free refreshments in the minibar. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is nice, a local modern feel, very clean, large rooms, top floor patio pool overseeing the town. But what made it different was the extra friendly people going many extra miles to making us feel better than at home!

Very much recommended to visit Petra.
The hotel surprised us already, when we arrived at 1 am after a 3 hour drive from Amman Airport. The receptionist was friendly and helpful as was all the staff from the beginning. The room was clean, nice, and welcoming. Good mattress, AC, bathroom. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner very much. The chief of the dining area was the most helpful of them all. Great location for central Wadi Musa. Easy parking. Excellent customer service, staff are very eager to please. Loved getting a glass of orange juice at check in, exactly what we needed after completing the 5 mile main trail in Petra!

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Miła obsługa, czyste, przestronne pokoje, happy hours w saunie. Parkowanie przed hotelem bezpłatne. Dobre śniadania. Obiadu jednak nie polecam, ponieważ cena nie odzwierciedla jakości.

Atendimento fantástico
O Hotel foi muito agradavel e o atendimento dos funcionarios fez toda difetenca. O quarto era bem limpo e organizado e no cafe da manha ate fizeram uma cesta para levarnos em nosso passeio a Petra. Um mimo que fez toda diferença.

The staff were amazing. They really care about their clients. They gave us a boxed lunch to take with us to Petra and when we checked out for the road. They also arranged an anniversary dinner for us with enough food to feed a village including cake. The beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Quattro Recommended!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Quattro. The staff were extremely nice, helpful and eager to please. Overall this hotel is a great value for the price given the breakfast and lunch bag included.

The hotel is nice, clean and breakfast was great. Our only complaint is that they sent postcards in the mail for us but they stapled their business card to the face of our postcards home. I feel that was pretty rude to vandalize our memories to family this way.
