少し古いコンドミニアムですが、ラナイが広いし、ゆったりしてました。ドアは、暗証番号でロックされていたのですが、教えて頂いた暗証番号が違っていて、英語の堪能な友人が対応してくださり、やっと入ることが出来ました。その間、別の友人が、ヒルトン滞在だったので、そちらで待つことになり、ホッとしました。

The condos were beautiful inside and out. I liked the flavored coffee creamers left the coffee and tea. We were a bit disappointed that the pool was closed and we had to walk down to a nearby condo pool. It would have been nice to of known this before booking or before the trip. It was also very hard to find anybody on the property that worked there.The management office was always empty.We were supposed to get the pool code from them and it took a while to get through to someone on the phone. A few more garbage bags in the unit would have also been useful. I would stay here again though. Was about a 15 minute walk to the Kings Shops and Queens marketplace.

The Shores at Waikoloa is in a great location: close to ocean, restaurants and shopping. Our condo suite had excellent views of all four mountains on the Big Island. This third-floor condo has a large balcony with comfortable furniture on which to view the mountains and volcanoes. The property is quiet and walkable. The neighborhood is easy to walk around and includes sidewalks and bike lanes. The property is one of the older projects in Waikoloa, so our unit's furnishings cabinets and floors are dated. Remodeling was only partial. But, the rooms are spacious and the appliances and fixtures worked well. We had everything we needed.

Harrassed by owners of units
Our stay was absolutely awful. We were confronted and interrogated by owners of other units at the Aston Waikoloa Shores. These owners took pictures of our ohana and proceeded to video us at the pool. Our children were apporached anf questioned by multiple owners at the Aston Waikoloa Shores which left our children frightened and alarmed. We asked mutiple times to be left alone by these owners (I will refrain from providing the unit #s of which these owners are from. Our unit had no rumning water the first day. Washer and dryer were not operable for the entire stay. There were bugs and droppings in our bedding sheets and we had no other sheets to use. The tub was not able to be used as it wad infested with ants. Our ceiling leaked in the kitchen and the furniture where smelly and completely worn. The entrance to the unit walkway was covered in leaves and dirt. Overall the harrassment and discriminatory remarks made against us "nothing but a bunch of locals" coupled with the extreme poor condition of the units we contacted the management dept. and are requesting to be compensated 100% of our stay. Sorry, but this is the truth. I will refrain from adding pictures.

Our rooms was infested with roaches and dirty! We could deal with being outdated but not with the uncleanliness! However the staff tried very hard to find us a better place!

Terrible check in experience.
Despite my efforts to communicate with the property manager prior to our arrival I didn't receive the entry gate code or the key box code. We spent about three hours outside the gate in near complete darkness, made numerous calls and finally got to the condo around 1 AM. It was very frustrating and exhausting.

Below expectations
After 20+ years of renting at Waikoloa(multiple locations) this was the least satisfactory. To begin, we had difficulty locating the rental management (Aston) for check in. When we arrived at the unit we found it was not that clean. There was a used bandaid in the shower, a lot of dust in various locations, and some of the dish’s had not been cleaned. There was coffee residue on some of the coffee cups. The place is not that well equipped, no spatula, cork screw broken, old frying pan that was hard to clean. The supplied paper products were of the poorest quality. The TV set requires several steps to turn it on but Aston services came over to help us with it.

Quiet, spacious condominium with comfortable bed and expansive view. There are a pool, tennis courts and fitness center available, all in very good condition except the fitness center equipment needs some maintenance. The management company was easy to work with and very responsive.

It would have been an ideal vacation...
It was a business trip for me for which I could not find a room at the nearby Hilton. "The Shores" is close enough to walk to the Hilton more than once per day and to even walk to more than one restaurant in the area (there is one just outside the gate). A car would be more comfortable and there is free parking. I was in unit 16, 10 steps from a nice pool! Ground level, but I could see a bit of the ocean at distance and the golf course in front. Use of 1 bedroom apartment, even tough it's really a 2 bedroom one. Large, beautiful bathroom, living room, kitchen, spacey bedroom with comfortable king-size bed. Only two problems: noise from the apartment above--heavy steps to the point of walking up some one... and the price was very high for 1 person. (Also, I asked for a late checkout at ... noon with a 3pm check in and I was told no and cleaning staff came in before even the 11am check-out time...)

Condo was old and dated but it was Hawai’i so what could be bad. No house keeping for 3 weeks was not included. Could Not smoke anywhere on the property. But we had a great time so I would go back.

The apartment was very dirty, and not at all as the . We got A new apartment, but here you could not use the outside furniture, because there are no cushions. The kitchen had absolutly no cleaning things like whisper pieces ore brush to Do the cleaning.

We liked our condo
The location, views, size of rooms, and pool are great. Restrooms were nice, kitchen was ok (dishwasher soap dispenser didn’t work properly) although the appliances were dated. The beds are the low point, very creaky (old) and our backs were a little sore after. Could have used more pots and pans. Staff is really nice, and the price was right, overall we’d go back.

ホテルとチェックインするオフィスが歩いて15分〜20分程度離れていて、かつ非常に分かりづらい位置にある。 1滞在につき1万〜1万5千円程度の清掃費を請求されるが、日々のハウスキーピングは別途1回につき30ドル程度必要になる。 部屋の中はゴキブリの幼虫?みたいな虫が大量発生しており、引き出しを開けると毎回必ずワサワサと虫が蠢いていた。 引き出しの中の食器類やキッチン用品は気持ち悪くて使いたくなかった。 ディッシュウォッシャーは壊れていて使用不可。 修理に来てもらったが、作業員の方は一通りいじったあと、「分からない」と言いたいのか、肩をすくめて帰ってしまった。 ディッシュウォッシャー内にも虫がいた。 バーベキュー設備があるとのことだったが、グリルは点火するものもあればしないものもあり、きちんとメンテナンスされているとは思えなかった。 洗面所の水圧は信じられない低く、口をゆすぐために手に水を溜めるのに10秒以上かかる。 洗面台は2つあったが、左右で水の味が違い、気持ちが悪いので片方(水の味が微妙なほう)は使わなかった。 部屋の電気は電球が切れているものがあった。 HPの情報によれば、コーヒーは毎日補充されるはずだったが、滞在中一度も補充されることはなく、結局自分で買って飲んだ。 比較的安価なコンドミニアムではあるかもしれないが、安いには安いなりの理由があると、心底思いました。 二度と使うことはないと思います。

Property was relatively clean, but the lack of housekeeping services is a major knock. Not once did anyone from property management contact me to see how my stay was and I was never offered clean linens for a two stay! For the cost, I would not recommend this property.

アストン・ショワーズ・アットワイコロアは毎日のシーツ交換・タオル交換・室内清掃は行われない
 このホテル(コンドミニアム)は毎日のシーツ交換・タオル交換、室内清掃は行われない。 希望する場合は追加料金を請求される。清掃料金(1滞在中)175ドルをチェックイン時に請求され支払うが、この料金はチェックアウト後の清掃を意味しているらしい。5人で6泊したが、ソファーベットの明記が、現地では折りたたみ式簡易ベットで、シーツと毛布をひいただけで金属バネがゴツゴツ体に当たり快眠できない。こんなもので5人分の料金が取れるのか?リゾート料金もチェックイン時に6泊分で約70ドル支払ったが、WI-FIのみが活用できたが、毎日提供されるコーヒーや新聞は届かなかった。トイレットペーパーなどの消耗品もフロントに電話しなければ届けられない。設備は老朽化しており、エレベーターは2回壊れ3回までトランクなどを会談で運ぶこととなった。ホームページ上でもこのホテルのシステムを明記しないとトラブルになります。三ツ星ホテルなんて嘘ですね。もう使用しません。

Toiletries are available for all of our guests upon requests and we have someone available to make deliveries until our office closes at 7PM daily. 3泊分の料金にハウスキ-ピング代アメニテイ代が入っていない事を標記するべきです。現地にてAmenity Fee Hskpg-Cleaning及びそれそれの Taxを含めて187.98$支払いました。部屋代も結構いい値段でしたからそれらは含んでいると思っていましたのでびっくりしました。

the property and the surrounding area was very nice,
got to the unit a little confused on finding the place, would be nice if you added Sandalwood/Banyon etc...there were no dish towels or dish wash rags or sponges to clean up dishes. the remote on the tv/satelitte was a little confusing but finally got it to work. Loved the lanai and pool area, great view. thanks, John/Claudia

To enter this hotel, we must go to the office located the market place. But this procedure is not informed me via e-mail nither on the web site. They charged the cleaning fee but this inof is also not written on the web.

Nur mit Auto erreichbar
Die Zimmer waren gross und sauber. Da es sich um ein Appartement gehandelt hat, gäbe es ein Service und kann nicht bewertet werden. Herauszufinden wo das Office für den Check-in was ist nicht ganz einfach und müsste bereits beim buchen des Appartement klar ersichtlich sein. Die Anlage liegt in einem grossen angelegten Park und ist relativ weit weg vom Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nur mit Auto erreichbar.

いまいち、優越感に浸れませんでした。清潔感とロケーションは慎重に選ぶべきでした。 設備もテニスコートは良かったが、プールも小さく他の設備含め個人的にはリピートは無いです。
