“Tough parts were under construction (2 of 5 hot tubs and Kukui’s restaurant), the construction did not interfere with our stay. Kukui’s set up shop near the pool and the staff were very friendly. “Our family stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Poipu for half our vacation and the other half at the Sheraton in Coconut Beach. Overall we preferred the Sheraton. “Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". “Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Servizi di pulizia eccellenti. Unico neo,ci hanno dato una camera che non corrispondeva inizialmente a quella delle foto visto che non era minimamente fronte oceano. La receptionist ci ha spiegato che non si poteva avere la camera delle foto perché quella era la migliore e le foto erano solo a scopo illustrativo. Dopo una discussione siamo riusciti a farci dare la camera desiderata che guarda caso era libera.. A parte questo ottima esperienza”

“In general, better than nothing. Apartments are under renovation: make sure you get one with wooden floor and not carpet. Bathroom had no window or outside opening: lot of humidity and smell. Air conditioning was only in the bedroom not in the living room. Refrigerator had no water, so we had to fill bottles at the swimming pool. Cleaning is only done once in a week and not very well. “If you don’t want to pay the high prices for a resort this was an excellent choice. We had 5 days on the island . Being close to the hotel was not our goal. We got up and out exploring each day. Back to shower for dinner at one of the multiple restaurants within 5 minutes away. The beach once you locate is also 5 minutes away. Perfect choice for us”

Rooms are not as luminous as shown in the pictures. overall considering that we spent 10k for 6 nights (for 2 rooms) the value for money was also very bad. Therefore i do not suggest this strcuture to anybody!"
