Check in was a weird process, through a glass window standing in the cold. Suspicious people sitting outside smoking weed and cigarettes. Hallways strong stench of mildew and ceiling looks wet and moldy. Room had and overwhelming smell of cat urine, pee stains on the floor, chairs cover in cat scratches. Slept in my car with my son. Property refused to reimburse me. Room was a health hazard. Disgusting. BEWARE stay somewhere else if you want to keep your health.

I like the big beds that was in my room and the staff was very knid to me and my family. However, I wouldn't advise you to eat the breakfast. There are many other places where you can enjoy breakfast. Other than that, I look forward to visiting this hotel again!!🙏💞

It smells. The whole hotel smells damp so I’m pretty sure there’s a mold issue somewhere. The front desk staff is hit or miss. Some are nice and some not so much. The toilets do not flush with much pressure. Nothing more embarrassing than calling the front desk for a plunger…. I’m pretty sure I got a sinus infection from the mold issue. Cool property but it needs some major work for me to consider staying here again.

Someone let a homeless man into the hallway. Furniture was old, and the place smelled terrible, the soap didn’t work at all, and shampoo was too small for three days no one ever clean the room.

pleasant stay for 3 days
Our 3 day stay was pleasant, staff was friendly and room was nice. Only one suggestion and we make this suggestion at many of the hotels we've stayed at: even though it wasn't a handicapped room, there should have been a grab bar in the shower. My wife and I are seniors and a bit shaky when taking a shower and I think most people would appreciate having at least one grab bar to hold onto and for getting in and out. Thanks for listening. The desk clerk was wonderful. The shower was dangerous- nothing to hold on to. No elevator- very hard for people with bad joints Everything was clean. Price was not bad. Breakfast was nice.

Red Roof (and Hotels.com) bailed us out in the early AM after our pre-paid reservation at another property in Chantilly was not honored. The staff was always friendly, the room was in good shape with some renovations done, the AC was quieter than most of that sort. All in all, basic but just fine. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the breakfast was pretty limited. But I didn't need waffles that badly anyway. We will likely stay here again next year when we come to help with the American Rocketry Challenge finals. The location is quite convenient to the flying site.

The property was "OK". Not great. A lot of people hanging around outside. That's never appealing. The hallway smelled like weed. Which if you get a room under $200 that seems to be the new hotel fragrance. Bed was comfy and black out shades worked perfect.

The rooms had strong smoke smell, despite being listed as smoke free. Changed to another room that was bit better but still smelled of smoke. The corridor was so smell, had to walk holding breath. Eventually checked out next next morning for another hotel.

the rooms were not connected as reserved for our daughter to stay. we were told because of problems with other people trying to get into the private adjacent rooms. the doors had a dead bolt, and they would not unlock it. --The outside was very, very dirty.

The staff was wonderful from the front desk (Vincent was so helpful) and the cleaning people were great. The remote control was coming apart and the front desk fixed it with electrical tape. The breakfast was terrific. I would stay there again.
