There was a hair on one of the pillows which was kinda gross. Other than that the room was pretty clean. The blowdryer worked better than i thought it would for long hair. The toilet paper was way too close to the toilet and garbage can. It would be nice if the alarm clock was not set to 6AM...was not expecting it to go off in the morning after walking all day. Overall it was still a good stay.

Two out of Three elevators were not functioning and the remaining one was VERY slow. There was no indication that there is a $35 parking fee per day- THAT was an unhappy surprise. The first room I was given had a broken lock- the replacement room had a very noticable series of lumps on the bed. The next replacement room also had a lumpy bed, but not as bad. After more than an hour and a half of going down and back up on the slow elevators I finally gave up and stayed in the third room. The menu in the hotel restaurant offered very few vegetarian options. The waitress, though, was amazingly warm and helpful. The experience at check-out was not good. I was told that because I used Expedia to make the reservation, they could not give me a final invoice. I insisted, and I got a "sort of invoice". All and all, I will never return to this hotel. And, I now have concerns about staying at any Hilton property in the future.

Great option in the Woodmont Triangle. The bartender, Patrick, is terrific! The parking garage is extremely tight and spots were limited over the weekend - quite pricey, too. Overall, nicely sized rooms, great staff and amenities.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. We parked in a nearby garage for much cheaper than what the hotel charges for their guests, however it is convenient so if you can afford it and don’t want to walk a bit then it could be for you.

It was just me and my one year old traveling and I felt very safe here. There’s a pay by the hour parking lot located right across the street if you don’t want to pay for the parking garage. Hot tip: it’s free from 10pm-7am AND not sure if it’s a glitch or what but they have free 5 hour parking in the app 😉. 10/10 would definitely stay again! They’ve sold me in the tapestry collection. I will be staying in one during our trip to NOLA next!

The elevators didn't work one evening and we had to climb 9 flights of stairs to get to our room. Also, we requested towels in the evening and waited until midnight and they never brought them so we had to call again in the morning and wait to shower! Parking garage is VERY tight to get in and out and had to drive down 3 levels to find a spot to park. Be advised that a big SUV wouldn't make the turns or fit. Small, cute lobby. It was close to where we needed to be but due to the inconvenient parking garage and the average service we wouldn't stay here again.

I have stayed here many times . Overall it was good but there was only one elevator working for about two days which made getting to my room challenging. Also I had to switch rooms bc the dead bolt lock wasn’t secure. Thank you

They locked me out a room I paid two nights for on top of still trying to charge my card for an extra night they even though I already paid. Chairs in room were dirty. The bathroom was small. Elevators take forever and barely work. Domestic violence in the halls. You can hear the people above you. Garage was too small. And they still trying to charge me.

I have not been back to Bethesda in almost 20 years. Needless to say the area (and the traffic) has changed quite bit! As far as the Tapistry hotel goes: nice clean room and comfy bed. Elevators were quiet, but only the one elevator to service the lower parking lots was not working (wedding use?) So we had to use stairs. Room ac was rumbly. Did the job for a fortunately cool night. The parking lot is quite tight with sharp turns. Cars pretty much have to take turns going around corners. Breakfast is not free, nor is parking unless you are an overnight guest. Plenty of places to eat off site. Sushi right across the street! When I went to check out, I could not understand the accents of the young men at the desk. Would Ibgo back? Possibly. The price was pretty good. Depending on reason being in area, I would check around some others spots closer to Kensington/Rockville. Oh, I did feel quite safe walking outside. I went to the grocery the next block over. It was early evening and thecsun had not set.

Excellent housekeeping; friendly and responsive desk and restaurant staff. My companion and I would have appreciated the ability to pay for purchases from the small market and for morning coffee with cash rather than exclusively by charging to the room.

There were a few issues with the hotel. The staff seems over worked and took long waits to check in/out or offer service. There is very loud construction happening in the lobby which is very distracting. I feel the price is not worth what I got for this stay. The room was fine for what it was, but at the price point I could have stayed closer to the train station/attractions and paid far less.

There were extremely rude guests that were on my floor; part of a school trip. They were trying use the staff to enter other guests’ rooms and were very disrespectful. It’s sad that I really didn’t get to enjoy my stay.
