“Struttura non recentissima ma comoda e confortevole. L’host e’ stato veramente gentile nonostante il nostro arrivo non sia avvenuto in orario comodo. Colazione direttamente in camera non abbondantissima ma in perfetta linea con il rapporto qualità/prezzo”

“Trotz Kreditkartenzahlung über das Portal ließ der Hotelier meinen Fahrer Nachts ohne Zimmer stehen ! Angeblich bekäme er kein Geld von der Plattform, trotz Zahlungsbeleg keine Einsicht, er war absolut unverschämt und aggressiv. ”

“I had a terrible experience with Villa 12 Guesthouse. I traveled a long way from US to Swiss (Villa 12 is on the border between Swiss and France), and had to work on the arriving day, so I got at the Villa 12 Guesthouse around 8:30pm, that is very normal time for a hotel/Guesthouse check-in time. But to my surprise, the main Gate of the Villa 12 is tightly closed, and the guesthouse building looks dark, did not seem there were people living in it. I pushed the door bell for over 10 minutes and...

“Maison de maitre. Cuisinière excellente. A noter toutefois que le maitre de maison impose sa loi. C est lui qui attribue les affectations de chambre. Ayant réservé une suite familiale le maitre m attribue une petite chambre en pretextany me surclassé côté rue.... On apprend sur place que le petit dejeuner n est pas servi avant 8h , pratique quand on travail .... L acces au parking est très compliqué pour les vehicules. Risque d accrochage. La douche est minuscule. Finalement le plateau...
