“Comfortable and quiet hotel. Well situated and good free bus connections on Leicester hopper to the city and station. Feels new and looked after. Parking is limited at the hotel but nearby hospital pay and display car park could be used. We wanted quiet and the room was soundproofed. Nice bathroom. Developed a rash from the bed and reception moved us to a new room. The staff member suggested it was maybe cleaning products used by linen company. “Camera ampia ma non pulita (ho trovato sporco per terra in vari angoli). Bagno ampio ma male organizzato: nessun gancio per asciugamano vicino alla doccia o al lavandino, appesi in un angolo dietro alla porta. La vasca/doccia (soluzione di per sè poco comoda) non drenava l'acqua: la piletta non mostrava otturazione ma l'acqua rimaneva nella vasca/doccia.
