Consigliatissimo! Struttura Top!
Ottima location. Eric, che ci ha accolto, si è’ dimostrato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci ha messo a disposizione teli da bagno, ombrellone e seggiole da spiaggia, biciclette e perfino le creme solari! La colazione e’ davvero ottima e abbondante. Struttura eccellente Consigliatissimo!

Nice accomodation at Grand Cayman Island
We stayed at the Shangri La from the 4/15/17 to 4/20/17 in the papaya suite and we had a great time. The apartment and the rest of the property were spotlessly clean and nice furnished with all comforts (even a wi-if network just for us). Provided for B&B guests there are beach towels, masks and fins, fridge bags with icing, books to read, solar creams and ample parking. The pool area is very nice and is also a grill for cooking. Dean and his wife are so kind and ready to give information on excursions that can be done on the island, where to have diner and so many other things. We would recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a great vacation in the beautiful Grand Cayman Island.

This place is a quiet oasis from the busy towns. Staff are so nice and accommodating, there's even swimming gear you can use when you go to the beach, free of charge. For additomal fees, they serve breakfast that is delicious! Rose is the nicest lady and i will definitely come back again, and would recommend to friends!

Beautifully maintained B&B with all comforts of home. Rose, the innkeeper, greeted us daily to make sure we were comfortable or just to say hello. She was a joy and a pleasure to work with. Location is quiet, close enough to all West Bay amenities and convenient for dining and shopping. Thank you Rose for making our stay so memorable!

Rose, the innkeeper, went above and beyond to provide the best service waaay beyond our expectations. If possible, we would give the service 20 stars. We don’t think Ritz Carlton can come close when it comes to the service. The breakfast was great every day. Very good value.

A lovely place for a rest away from the busy beaches and tourist sites. But, nothing is far from anywhere on Grand Cayman, so a short drive puts you in the center of everything. Staff is friendly and accommodating, room was comfortable and clean. I recommend this location without hesitation.

Host was extremely accommodating with multiple difficult requests. The room was refreshed every day and we are messy unpackers. Coming back and having everything organized was such a gift and an extra mile. New beach towels every time we used them. Full kitchen in the common area if you don't feel like eating out. Outdoor patio with very effective netting to enjoy the fountain and lake, but not the mosquitoes. The hot tub is not a difficult to use or access gimmick of the listing, it is very easy and amazing to use. We had a hot water issue which the host fixed within 24 hours. Gorgeous landscaping and quaint, if a bit cozy, rooms. However, the property is priced accordingly. Tukka restaurant is nearby which is great for dinner. Instant access to the highway to get to 7 mile beach quickly. The mattress in the Bougainvillea room runs a bit firm; extra pillows were given upon request.

The property is great. However, the breakfast and the bicycles that are advertised at booking are not available. They failed to mention that very important part. It wasn't until I received check-in instructions that they mentioned these things were unavailable. The price should be adjusted accordingly, but otherwise, it's a good place.

I was very happy with the amenities and the items available to us. There were bikes, snorkel equipment, lawn and beach chairs, and other things that we were able to use.

Very quiet, very clean, excellent breakfast. The staff are so personable. Everything you need to go to the beach is there and no rental fees! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation.

The property location was absolutely great!! West end of the island. It makes for a great base to explore with several nice beaches with in three miles. My wife and I spent eight nights here and had a wonderful time!! We stayed in the mango room which has a full small kitchen and a rather large living space, of all the rooms they offer it might not be the most beautifully decorated but it was clean and met all of our needs. One of the reasons the property is so successful is because of who runs the day to day operations of the B & B and that would be Fawn who is an absolute sweetheart!! She was a wealth of information about the island and restaurants, activities and just a genuine all around good people person!! She definitely added to the fun of our stay!! The breakfast each morning was great and varied between egg dishes and pancakes!! They have a small pool on the property that overlooks a man made lake that is very relaxing. If your on the fence about this property don’t be!! Pull the trigger and book it !! You won’t be disappointed!! Again a special Thank You to Fawn and the girls that took care of our breakfast and room.

Overall great property, few maintenance issues that are minor, like running water in toilet, water pressure in the shower. Nice location and great staff, I would return without hesitation. .

Very quite location. West Bay restaurants Catch and Calypso Grill are excellent and close by
Very clean, safe and quite property. On site manager Fawn is very nice and very attentive to our requests. My only recommendation is the rooms do not have their own microwave or coffee maker. This would be a wonderful addition to this place.

This charming Bed and Breakfast was a breath of fresh air compared to typical resorts. It was so quiet and relaxing-the perfect place to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The hosts and staff were so accommodating without being overbearing. Most days, we felt like we had this little slice of paradise all to ourselves.

nice rooms, great staff, you will need rented car
It was really nice, with the kitchen. I missed any shop, beach or restaurant within walking distance, we had to take a car to get to anywhere (but Grand Cayman is small, so it is close to anywhere... just not the walking distance). Staff was very relaxed, helpful and pleasant. Met a few cool guests from other rooms too.o

Lovely getaway for couples
Located in a quiet part of the island, Shangri-La is best accessible by car. Although no one was there to meet us, we had email instructions on how to get into our room which itself turned out to be delightful. It was clean with A/C and a ceiling fan to complement the comfort of the stay. A relaxed but cheerful island attitude pervaded the breakfast layout which is best taken on the porch with a view of the inlet within West Bay. Water sport equipment is available for use by guests if so desired along with a chic swimming pool located adjacent to the main house. A great place for a couples' week or weekend and a nice haven of tranquility to return to, after visiting other Grand Cayman Island attractions.
