“Stay was absolutely fabulous. Upgraded my room to a King and the comfort didn't disappoint. The staff were always friendly and knowledgable for restaurant pick or as for me I needed to do laundry and the staff promptly let me know how to get to the Washing Well. Shame I had such a short stay. Only thing I wish I knew is where the non slip mat would be found, the bath tubs are slippery when wet.”

“Had a lovely stay, was a drop of the hat booking. Lots of shops if you have forgotten anything. Staff was lovely especially Chris the night porter who couldn't do enough to help.
