Soggiorno indimenticabile
La villa è nuova e dotata di ogni confort, immersa nella macchia mediterranea con vista sul mare, in un paesino medioevale incantevole. Non mancava davvero nulla! Un soggiorno perfetto!!!

Great Place
We had a fantastic holiday in this very nice house. Location is good. Swimming-pool is great, our teenage kids had lots of fun. We can only recommend the house and will be back!

Empfehlenswerte Location
Ein tolles Haus in sehr schöner, ruhiger Lage mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders die ländliche Umgebung und der tolle Blick über das Meer, macht die Location so wunderbar.

Great two weeks
The property is excellent, exactly as on the on line description. The pool is smallish but deep and perfect for cooling off, our 3 kids loved it and there was plenty of room for the whole family to swim around in.There are new sun loungers and two very large umbrellas for much needed shade. The house itself is very well equipped. It’s located on the edge of a pretty little village, not far from a sandy beach at Stoopa or the lovely small town of Kardimyli.

Excellent all round.
Lovely property, beautiful location and the pool was a godsend in the heat. The village is close to 2 small towns that have very nice restaurants and small shops, there are beaches and coves ideal for snorkelling and a boat hire place too, all within 10-15 mins. Really great holiday all round and an excellent property and host.

An idyllic hideaway
A modern house well presented and equipped with a lovely garden. Within short walk of village shop and taverna. Enjoyed meals in taverna and music evening. Badly let down by lack of sun beds and umbrellas. There was only one useable sunbed and a small beach umbrella which provided little shade by pool. Patio outside house well shaded with umbrella and sail. Good beaches nearby.

Home away from home
We have had a fantastic stay for three weeks! The house is very comfortable and spotless with an amazing garden, view and pool. We can only strongly recommend. Thank you Deborah and Simon!

Wonderful 2 week holiday
Everything was wonderful. Met at the house and given lots of brilliant local tips for excursions and eating / shopping / walking. We loved going to the local taverna and walking down to the two local beaches on the old paths through olive groves and wild thyme and sage. Beaches themselves beautiful with clear warm water - spent hours snorkelling and swimming with the children. Great shorter trips into the mountains and to local sites (including Kalamata with excellent market and cafes and museums) and longer ones across to Mystra, Messene and Nestor’s palace and down into Mani. House was bigger than we expected and really well equipped for cooking. The owners had kindly arranged a third single bed in the second bedroom so there was plenty of space for our three children. We loved the pool which is small but wonderful and deep - perfect for splashing and cooling off. Sunsets as promised dramatic and views of mountains and sea stunning. Garden felt green and still lush despite late August, and fans kept us cool enough at night. Occasional dramatic thunderstorms added to excitement. We loved the house / pool /garden and local area and did not want to come home.

Amazing!
Wow! The property is lovely. Views from the roof terrace are fantastic with both morning coffee and evening gin and tonic. We have 4 children - they loved the pool. Perfect for accessing great beaches and mountains. Great tavernas in village and further afield. Can’t recommend enough and great value Colin

Good times had by all.
I don’t think the photos do the property justice. It is such a lovely space that we all enjoyed. Really well equipped. Amazing views and the garden is beautiful. Very clean. Would highly recommend.

A perfect house in a perfect location.
The property was just what we were looking for and in a great location. 15 mins drive from Stoupa. Lovely pool to cool down in and the roof terrace was fantastic for watching the sun go down. Communication with the owner was excellent as were the directions to the perfectly equipped villa.

superbe maison, super vue,
La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée, les lits plutôt confortables et la douche extérieure, un must. Aucun voisin mis à part les chats et les chèvres du village. Kardamily est à 10 minutes en voiture. Seul bémol, pas de climatisation, ce qui en plein mois d'août est très dommageable sachant que la maison se trouve sur une colline, loin de la mer donc de la fraicheur du soir. A part cela, c'est juste fantastique.

We simply loved the pool and the privacy afforded us in Proastio. This property is convenient to both Stoupa and Kardamyli without the 'crowds'!

Erholung pur
Die Kommunikation mit Simon im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthaltes verlief unkompliziert, wir konnten uns jederzeit an ihn wenden. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar, der kleine Ort mit den vielen Kirchen wirklich urig. Garten und Pool haben wir sehr genossen, der Pool ist äusserst gepflegt, man kann dort ab dem späteren Nachmittag im Schatten sitzen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses haben wir als mehr als ausreichend empfunden (obwohl es entgegen der Beschreibung keine Klimaanlage gibt, die Ventilatoren sind jedoch ausreichend), in der Küche fanden wir wirklich sehr schönes Geschirr vor und alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Sehr praktisch fanden wir, dass es hinter dem Haus eine Mülltonne gibt in die man den Müll geben kann, sodass wir nicht jeden Tag den Müll entsorgen mussten. Sonnenauf- und Sonnenuntergang vom kleinen Turm aus sind gigantisch!!! Kleiner Hinweis: Das Haus bräuchte innen mehr Pflege bzw. eine Grundreinigung.

Wonderful house in stunning location
+ beautiful house + good communication with the owner + very nice pool + great view from a small tower + beautiful location + good to reach with paved streets + good equipment and cooking facilities - aircon is actually a Fan in the bedrooms. The main room comes completely without cooling - some more bigger cooking pots would be helpful One of the best houses we have seen so far! Totally recommended!

Stunning
We had a wonderful time at Mikros Pyrgos. The villa is lovely and offers you all you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is great for cooling off. The location of the villa is amazing with beautiful beaches nearby, such as Kalamitsi and the lovely Kardamyli with its many tavernas. We also really enjoyed being in the village of Proastio - we walked into the village for bread in the mornings and to the cafe bar for a drink in the evenings. We definitely hope to return.

Great house and location
We just stayed at the house and had a great stay with family One is truly in a small traditional village at the property but we dropped down to the beaches and coast line most days to explore or swim and be Greek with a slow dinner and socializing till late at night We enjoyed dinners on the terrace, midnight swims and sunsets from the roof deck. We rented a scooter while at the house and explored the hillsides and town alleyways or hung out at the one taverna in town sipping iced coffees. The area has Byzantine churches both still used or in ruin and many traditional structures. Endless touring about is close at hand. We hope to return.

Wonderful holiday at Mikros Pyrgos in Mani!
We had a wonderful stay at Mikros Pyrgos. The house was beautifull, well equipped and the view was absolutely stunning, We enjoyed Kardamyli as it has very friendly people, nice little boutiques, good food and drinks, just a few (mainly Greek, French and Italian) tourists and the sea and the beaches are beautifull. The contact with the owners was good and they really wanted us to have a great stay. Thank you for opening your wonderful house for my familiy. We hope to come back to Mani sometime soon. Amsterdam, Netherlands - July 2019

We stayed for 1 week at the end of July and really loved it. What a find.
The house, pool and gardens were charming, lovingly arranged and well kept. There is an extensive library of guide books, cook books, maps and books ranging from Homer to modern times, relating to the area and Greece . We had a wonderful time and will be back one day.
