“We stayed at the Ritz Saturday night after a long day at the aquarium with our 4 and 2 year old daughters. I felt safe here with my children and the employees were very accommodating to them. “We stayed here for one night to see at concert and had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room was clean and felt cozy. We had great service at the front desk and had an easy time checking in and out. Our only issue was the parking situation. We opted out of the valet parking and chose to use the free parking lot across the street. Unfortunately we were scammed by a fake attendant and received a parking ticket. ”

A BIG Shout Out to technicians Von and Brian who assisted with repairing my television. I did have concerns with the cleaning of the room. Floor was not swept/vacuumed during my entire stay. ”

"Nothing really special about this hotel. Carpeting in the room was filthy, so was the sofa. The only thing that I did get was clean towels every day, otherwise (out of 5 nights) nobody showed up to make up the room. Room was prepaid however I was asked for 400$ for incidentals. Out of 3 cards I had, none would work….. It did however work that same night at their restaurant and vending machine!? Not a place I would want to go again. "
