Hotel direi perfetto.Solo un difetto.....un inferno arrivarci ! Gli indirizzi indicati non corrispondono a quelli sul GPS! Hotel sconosciuto nei PDI. I Tailandesi sono bravissimi ma hanno un inglese penoso e un modo di guidare molto particolare. ... quindi con una macchina è un'avventura veramente.

Tutto perfetto
Hotel bello,personale eccellente e spiaggia privata. Molto isolato bene X chi vuole rilassarsi. Spostarsi da lì in taxi però costa parecchio ad esempio 600 bath X andare a phuket town . Pane fresco e merendine senza glutine tutto le mattine. Durante la italiano Dundee night ci hanno pure fatto la pizza senza glutine. Pochi svaghi per i bambini.. Però c e la spiaggia e la piscina. Il kids club é un po' così così.. Tutto sommato comunque un buon hotel

Una brutta esperienza
ho prenotato una camera vista mare con 15 minuti al giorno di massaggio gratis, ma questo si e` verificato una bufala, perche i quindici minuti a loro dire valevano per solo il primo giorno. mentre io ho pagato quel servigio sul costo aggiuntivo di ogni singola giornata. Pulizia zero, mi e` caduto del succo sul pavimento, e la macchia e rimasta per tutto il mio soggiorno (12 giorni). Ristoranti molto cari con poca scielta. Spa, slala massaggi con sauna a pagamento (30 min 2 000 bath circa 50 euro). Sulle foto c`e` una bellissima spiaggia, ma quello che omettono di dire che il mare durante ogni giorno si ritira per circa 400 metri lasciando una spiaggia fangosa per tale tratta. questo fenomeno si manifesta tutti i giorni per 6 - 7 ore. Giudizio complessimo VERAMENTE PESSIMO (per quello che costa)

1 settimana a phuket
Il design dell'albergo e' bellissimo cosi anche le piscine. Il mare non e' balneabile per via della marea. la pulizia non e' il loro forte pero puo andare bene. il servizio non e' da 5 stelle pochissimi parlano inglese. Peccatto perche l albergo e' molto bello consiglio per il mare la costa ovest.

The beach was a mud flat at low tide otherwise the place was great the staff was great and they were very friendly and helpful to us we were thinking ther was more city near by so we were not able to walk to it

Pros: the resort is very nice, entrance and lobby are beautiful, the main is pool large, the view of the bay is spectacular. Staff are courteous and most can speak a bit of English. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and is geared to both Asian and Western palates. Cons: dining choices are very limited, only one restaurant is open right now for breakfast/lunch/dinner and not much else within walking distance from resort. You will need to get a taxi, grab, bolt to get anywhere on the island. Resort is going through a “soft reopening” stage and most bars and other venues are closed. The second pool is also closed. No entrainment staff for any daily or nightly activities or shows. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean. Overall price versus quality is ok and I would stay there again if I wanted something private and quiet.

Nice hotel
The room had a funky smell when we arrived but the cleaner the next day left the air conditioner on all daywhile we were out, and the room smelled much better. The bathroom was dated, needed sink and shower upgrade. The shower stall was always flooded after a shower. Bed was kibg and very comfortable. The breakfast was Excellent! with many varieties of food, and cuppacinos! You had to taxi to town, to far to walk, which i think was only the downside for us. And the beach was muddy , you can't swim there

Isolated relaxed with limited & pricy food options
Most of the staff were super nice and helpful. Never any troubles. Breakfast table was great. Rooms very big and clean, even though they might not be up to the same 5 star class as in Europe or America, it was acceptable for the price. The worst case was that we "were sold" on the fact that the hotel was advertised to offer 2 restaurant options, because of the fact that there's only one mediocre restaurant close (Sam's) we thought it was important. The restaurants are essentially the same kitchen with the same menu... False advertisement. In addition to that, restaurant menu is super expensive and not really up to par in quality compared to the local high rated restaurants that are 30-50% of the price. For example we paid 5 dollars for a glass of concentrated apple juice at the bar! Cocktails were good though! We brought a 15 months old and a 4 year old. They had a blast, enjoying the kids playroom each day, eating of the kids menu, and swimming in the main pool. The kids pool was far from the bar and facilities, and didn't have any benches close to the pool so we ended up spending all days by the main pool. All in all, a fine experience, bit bummed out by the location needing a taxi to get everywhere, specially when you have young kids and you want to use the stroller for them to sleep in. And the price of the restaurant, and lack of variety was a killer. It's still a very safe place to stay with kids, if you are looking to relax in the same location for a while.

We had a great time staying here for 9 nights in January. Room is super spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast is pretty good and have everything for all fuzzy eaters. Two big pools is great for kids and grownups alike. Location is the best of all with wide view of Adaman sea and facing sunrise. I would very much recommend if you like nice and quiet family friendly location in Phuket.

For me, this hotel was a major disappointment for the following reasons: 1) Advertised as a 5-star hotel in various booking platforms, but unfortunately, it does not meet 5-star standards. 2) The overall level of service is very low. The staff is friendly but highly unprofessional. The reception is mostly staffed by very young girls who likely lack experience working in a reputable hotel. 3) The entire interior design and technology of the hotel are very old and do not function properly. The furniture in the room is worn out and dirty. 4) There are no mattress covers in the hotel to make the bed softer and more comfortable. 5) I stayed in a duplex suite (with pool access). In this room, the curtains can be moved by a button, but unfortunately, it did not work. To use the curtains, they had to be disconnected from the motor. 6) For the first three days, there was no internet in my room. I reported it immediately, but unfortunately, it could not be fixed in the first two days. Every day, some men came to deal with the issue, and on the third day, they managed to get the wifi network working. The internet connection throughout the hotel is very poor, highly unstable, and has low speed (up to 9 Mbps). 7) The bathroom drainage primarily emitted a very bad odor at night. 8) The pool water in rooms with pool access was slightly dirty. Chlorine was manually thrown into the pool in the evening – it does not leave a reliable impression. 9) Service in the restaurant during breakfast wa

If you require Wi-Fi, I strongly advise against choosing this location. The internet connection here is by far the worst we have ever experienced, surpassing any other place we have visited worldwide. Despite its relatively high cost, this hotel disappointingly lacks a basic understanding of running a business. Additionally, the dining options are severely limited, and the local taxi services are both exorbitantly priced and monopolistic. It would be wise to select accommodations closer to the main activities where you can easily hail a taxi, as alternative transportation options like Uber are unavailable in this area. Furthermore, if you have hopes of enjoying a picturesque beach, I regret to inform you that this particular beach falls short of expectations. The sand is muddy and the fluctuating tides render it virtually unusable.

If you would like to stay at a hotel to relax for a few days, this hotel will be a good choice. The private beach and pools are excellent and very quiet. You can sit or rest there to enjoy the sunshine, listening to birds singing in the daytime. In the evening you can stay on the balcony to watch the stars and listen to the ocean sea waves. However, if you plan to go out for dining or shopping every day, you may prefer to stay in the Patong area because there is only a convenience store, a restaurant, and a place for massage near the hotel. It will cost you quite a lot for transportation if you plan to visit different places every day.

Check-in was horrid
Check-in process was rather frustrating. I was asked to look at the room as they upgraded my room to King (when I specifically asked for 2 beds). Original room was so small, far and isolated, I took the King bed. Agent, left me standing in the middle of a check-in to talk to 2 other ppl waiting while 3 other agents didn’t take any of the guest and just stood there on their phone in front of their monitors/check-in counter. I was at the check-in desk for seems like over half hour waiting to finish check-in. Also, no matter if you two or more ppl staying, you only get 1-key card. Super frustrating experience at check-in. Everything else was great.

Secluded, away from the rif-raff of the touristy areas, a quaint high-end hotel. The hotel has probably seen it's best days, but still carries the remnants of that aristocratic hygiene, the beauty, personal service, open and unused spaces... not built with $/sq-ft in mind.. Wife and I (in our late 40s) were looking for a get-away from the silicon-valley rat race, to-- not work, not care for vacation activities, ... just be in serene surroundings, eat local food, do long walks and hikes, listen to music with a glass of wine in our ocean-front balcony... Good: nice room, comfy bed, big space, nice little couch, great pool. Dinner was lovely and not over expensive. Great to be in an area of Phuket that was quiet. Friendly attentive staff. Area: had to walk quite far for an atm. They should have one in the lobby. The spa and restaurant across the street are very nice. The ladies have a great massage that wasn't too expensive and I had dinner and takeout at Sam's 3 times. Delicious. 7-11 handy. The woman outside to the right did all my laundry for 80 Baht a kg and it was folded and nice and clean. Not so good: I think the resort is still trying to recover from the pandemic. One restaurant open and one pool. I couldn't even see a pool number two. My bath tub taps weren't working and when my room got humid there were handprints and other stuff all over the outside glass. Someone came and cleaned it all promptly. Crowne plaza should definitely be using glass water bottles in the room like the other hotels in Phuket and no need for the little shampoo etc bottles now, it should all be in refill shower bottles. Overall a lovely stay and I would recommend if you'd like to be in a quiet area of Phuket.

Thanks Nu- We had a good time overall - Very close to the pier incase your are taking the day tours, we did a tour from “love Andaman” starting at this pier and was super good. We wanted to start our time in Phuket away from the hustle and bustle and to simply relax and unwind…and this was the perfect place for it. The beach is pretty much private to this hotel and the large pools on offer were clean, large in size and had plenty of deck chairs and shade umbrellas. The buffet breakfast was large and extremely varied in what was offered. The views from our room across the bay and the sunrises were fantastic. Local eateries are not in abundance but the hiring of scooters enables this to happen. The staff were always friendly and ever-helpful. The quality of the service of the rooms varied from day to day which was a little surprising - we had to ask for more towels each day. Overall, a lovely area, and well recommended.
