I'm sorry to hear you found us difficult to locate, but if you are in town to visit The Villages we are only a 5 minute drive from all that the Brownwood Square has to offer. Also there is a long stretch of road where you can pick up just about any fast food and even, what I understand, is a pretty authentic Mexican restaurant. Not to mention we have Lollygagers right in our parking lot if you don't feel like driving any further.Please come back and see us again, we'd be happy to direct you to all the good stuff in the area.

I am so sorry! This was entirely my fault. I am new to the overnight shift and starting breakfast in the morning. This morning a fuse was tripped and I could not get the heating table to heat up. I went to the electrical panel and apparently flipped the wrong fuse. I flipped the hot water heater fuse! Since I got off shift at 7 am no one was aware that I had messed with the electric box, which is why it took some time for them to realize what the issue was. I can't apologize enough. I know that must have been a difficult start to your Easter morning. I sincerely hope your day wasn't ruined. Please let me know if there is anything I can do and I hope you can accept my deepest apology. Your business is important to us and we hope to see you again.

I'm sorry you didn't feel completely safe. The convenience of being located right off of the turnpike may make you feel you are not as secure as within the neighborhood of the location in Spanish Springs, but we do our best to make sure our hotel is secure. There is always someone at the front desk and the property is walked to ensure all outside doors are secure.
