Alla reception prima ci ha accolti un signore in condizioni vergognose. Sporco a piedi nudi senza maglietta poi ha mandato il figlio con la bocca piena di cibo veramente antipatico pessima accoglienza

Motel ideale per chi deve visitare il grand canyon, abbiamo dormito una notte e siamo ripartiti subito il giorno dopo. Posizione perfetta. Williams come cittadina è proprio piccola quindi a piedi si riesce tranquillamente a fare la passeggiata di tutta la via principale. Consigliato.

Sono stata sveglia tutta notte a causa di uno sciacquone dell’acqua del water di una camera vicina che ha. Intimisti a scorrere tutta notte. Inoltre i muri sono talmente sottili che sentivo anche il vicino di camera che ha russato per tutta la notte. Da ultimo, una simpatica signora dalle 6 di mattina si è messa seduta sulla panchina fuori dalla finestra della mia camera a parlare al telefono! L’unica nota positiva del soggiorno è la cittadina di Williams!

The owner/front desk attendant displayed unprofessional behavior during my stay. Initially, he charged my card twice, and when I brought this to his attention, he shifted blame to Expedia, claiming it was their charge. Despite my persistence in resolving the issue, he proceeded to charge my card again for four nights. On the third night of my stay, when I attempted to access my room, I was denied entry. The owner informed me that he had assumed I had checked out and subsequently allocated the room to another guest. Shockingly, he failed to issue a refund for the two extra nights. This experience left me feeling deceived and frustrated, as it appeared to be a clear attempt to scam me

I did not feel safe at this hotel. The room’s floor, bathroom, doors, bathtub were all very dirty. I was booked via Expedia for a 2 night stay but I had an emergency come up and was not able to stay both nights (regardless of this review). I checked out the next day and asked if there was a possible refund, the person behind the desk said that I had to work that would have to work that out with Expedia. I contacted Expedia and still nothing. I will not book through Expedia again.

Extremely cold, had to run the heater all night due to lack of insulation. Sounded like a herd of elephants above us all night ling, only got maybe 3 hours sleep. Do not stay at this hotel 😡😡😡

Bathroom not very clean. Bed spreads had burn marks in them. The linens were clean. Needed a deep cleaning overall. Towels were very rough, like drying with sand paper.

Staff were very friendly and doing the best they can. Room was very dirty, tv didn’t work. We had already moved rooms once and were offered to move again but chose not to. The rating does not reflect the state of the motel

This is the most average motel ever. It's not bad but it's definitely not good either. You will have a bed and a bathroom here.

We stayed there the night of 12/27/23. The temperature outside was below freezing around 27F. The heater went out middle of the night and later the power went out as well. The room started to get cold, and there were no additional (back-up) blankets in the room. After about 20 min, the power came back on and I had to turn-off and then turn-on the heater for it to work again. This power going out and on happened about 4 more times that evening. Each time, I had to reset the heater for it to work again; and each time not knowing if we will have heater for the rest of the night. It has caused us unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and not to mention it could outright be dangerous with no heater in freezing temperature.

I put on all the jackets we got but worried it might not be enough, and that we might catch a cold during the night. I called the front and they said they are working on resetting the breaker. After about 20 min, the power came back on and I had to turn-off and then turn-on the heater for it to work again. This power going out and on happened about 4 more times that evening. Each time, I had to reset the heater for it to work again; and each time not knowing if we will have heater for the rest of the night. It has caused us unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and not to mention it could outright be dangerous with no heater in freezing temperature. The heater finally stayed on for the rest of the night, but I could no longer sleep peacefully not knowing if it's going to go out again. If you are managing a motel in a place with freezing winter climate, you ought to make sure your heater better be in working condition. And how feasible was it to change motel in the middle of a freezing night in a tourist place during the holidays? The next day I asked the front how would they compensate for what happened, the young man said he had fixed the problem and so won't give any credit or refunds or partial refunds.

Linda habitacion y camas confortables, lo unico que critico es el wifi un poco lento y que no habia microondas en la habitacion, estaba en el patio al aire libre, hacia frio y no fue grato calentar la comida. Buen parking y muy lindo pueblo, una opcion excelente previo a ir al Gran Cañon ya que hay comedores muy buenos, y todo se puede hacer caminando a metros del hotel, linda zona

The property is beat up and old but clean. Check in staff was super friendly. The staircase going to the second floor might be the most challenging staircase I’ve ever climbed. Luggage made it more so. Go slow. Electricity went out twice, I use a CPAP machine so that means I’m awake until it was fixed, which was maybe 10 minutes both times. Pillows are thin. The showerhead leaked like crazy but provided plenty of water with good temperature control. Towels could use some bleach. Everything worked including the heater which was surprisingly quiet. I never felt in danger. The motel is not a looker but good bang for the buck.

The rooms were large and clean. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and responsive.I took off 1 star because the heater took a while to start after being powered on and took a long time to warm up the room. Overall great place to stay.

A very basic awful motel. Smoking area was right outside our room. Bathroom flooded from the ceiling above within an hour. TV remote didn't work; couldn't connect to any channels. Young man gave us a different room but didn't apologize or offer to help us move bags. Couldn't sleep because we didn't trust the bedding. Just awful.
