This place is a dump! We walked in and walked out without staying. Don't stay at this place! And shame on Expedia they should not allow places like this on their site. I'll end up paying even though I stay and couldn't change my reservation. How do you know the place is bad until you see it? Long time expedia user, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Yikes- this place needs help. We may have lung cancer from just staying 1 night. The chair in the room actually had the stuffing coming out from the cushion and torn slipcover. Everything was old and broken.The fact that card key folder had been used to assign various rooms in the past was the first clue and the downhill from there.

There was nothing I liked. This Inn gives a bad name to Quality Inn. The safety latch was off the door. The bathroom door was warped,no hook on the door. Bug trap in bathroom with bugs in it. The carpet was dirty. The hot breakfast was only sawage. There was no pictures on wall. The front staff at check was very nasty to deal with. I will never stay at that hotel anymore!!!

The swimming pool was extremely dirty and the whole pool area looked closed, despite it was high season. The reception was open, but I found these guys sleeping in sofas and I started the breakfast myself. The hole concept was poor. Expedia promised me a gym at their webpage but the staff did not know if they had or not, after 3 days one of them said, sorry, we have no gym...

NEVER STAY HERE
The hotel was so hot from the second you walk in the door. The room was also hot and we had to call the front desk to find out how to turn the AC on, it was so complicated. The room was not clean, there was toothpaste splatter on the bottom of the bathroom mirror and a used travel size tube of toothpaste on the sink. The lock on the bathroom door was missing and the hole was filled with dirt. The drain plug was broken and was laying on the side of the bathroom sink. The entire hotel was disgusting!

The facility was dirty. Stains on the bedding, roaches in the room, carpet was wet in the room, room had a very bad odor. Would never stay here again.

The shower curtains were dirty with brown and yellow stains, the carpet had multiple large brown stains and there were dead bugs all around the room.

Strongly urge you to sleep in your clothes
First the good, the shower had good water pressure. Now the not so good, during check-in, the front desk representative carried on a conversation with her friend sitting across the room the entire time. Once in the room, the water in the bathroom sink began to get stopped up. I tried to call the front desk, to my surprise the phone didn't have a phone cord. Later the representative told me that it was probably unplugged by housekeeping, to find it then plug it in. Also, while pulling back the bedspread there was hair on the sheets. The mini refrigerator/freezer was dirty so we kept our food in the bag for safe keeping.

i booked a suite at this hotel. Get there and check in and i think the room was 202 that i got. the whole place stinks of smoke but i had traveled a long way and needed to rest. the room was ok except the tv did not work and i called front desk. they came up and tried to get tv working with no success. they then put in a room half the size and said i was in the only suite. she then said to me i didn't pay enough for the room anyway. how RUDE . Please call me at 9049429565 as i am charging this back on my credit card

Horrible and would not recommend
My room was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. The stairway smelled horrible like a outdoor alley. The carpet in my room was severely stained and there was a old smoke smell lingering.

It was the most unfriendly staff and worst experience ever. I didn't even stay there and no one is helping me out with any refund or any accommodation regarding it. The property was dirty and vending machines were empty. Declined to even check in

Floors on the 2nd floor creaked while walking on them. Water pressure was really low in the shower. I felt it was very inconvenient to have to walk down the stairs to get ice and take it back upstairs. While grabbing breakfast the juice machine claimed to have Orange, apple, cranberry and some other juice. All but the orange juice only dispensed water. The coffee machine when on a fritz and sprayed hot coffee and hot water all over the floor and another hotel guest. I knew i wasnt getting a 5 star hotel but 140 dollars for one night it wasnt even worth the two star rating it had.

Front desk service was great. Housekeeping knocked on door at 9:00am telling me I’ve got til 11:00 to leave but they have a lot to get done so be quick as possible. Towels were stained and looked like not laundered. Hairs on toilet, bed linen didn’t look clean, burn hole, and just unclean. I could understand if the room was cheap but $140 - really? I’ll never stay at another Quality Inn.

Good and clean
Good experience. Room was clean. Breakfast area was clean. Not noisy. Pet friendly but it’s $25 a day fee.
