“I spent my last night in Namibia at El Otango Ranch because I was catching a very early flight in the morning. The modest amount that I paid included afternoon tea (with cake!) and a tasty dinner and breakfast (which I missed because of my early flight). The place was peaceful and pretty and the service exemplary.”

“My stay was good (comfort,cleaning,food etc.) until the last day..when i was leaving the room. I put on the door the “do not disturb” cartel. I left the room to ask at the desk what was the checkout. I comeback to my room and...i found one man of the stuff searching something in my bag!!! Incredible. He said that he was there to “clean the room” but it wasn’t true off course.Luckily he didn’t had time to stole something...unacceptable..”
