Close to Chichester and beaches but immersed in the countryside which meant utter peace during both day and night. “Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break.”
