Thank you for reaching out regarding your stay, if you felt that I was being rude, I do apologize. However, as I explained during your stay the staff did not allow any person into your room. When you came down to the desk and stated that your vehicle was stolen, I immediately contacted the local police. At this time, you began yelling at me and wanting to know why I was not helping you regarding the situation, and I explained that there was nothing that I could to until the police arrived. It was your friends who took the keys from your room, and took your vehicle. There was no random person who was allowed in your room as I explained to you. The police arrived, found your friends and your vehicle, and there was nothing else that I could do for you. You were demanding the name of the person who was on the desk for night audit because you wanted to speak to her. It is against policy for me to release personal information as I explained to you. I also stated that she had explained the situation with the arguing with your friends that was going on in the room. When you came down to the desk and asked her to remove them from your room, when she was going up the stairs, they were on their way down and out of the hotel. This was all explained to the police officer when I spoke with him. Like you, we do not know when your friends took your keys to your vehicle. We are very glad to know that it was found and hoping that you had safe travels returning home.
