Pulizia della camera inesistente. Bagno microscopico .la receptionist l’abbiamo vista il primo giorno e poi non si è più visto nessuno. Pessimo

The location of the property is amazing. Also I love the decoration in the property. But the bed was a little bit uncomfortable. Besides that, everything was wonderful. It really looks like a palazzo.

Property is in an excellent location just inside the old city gate, well maintained, clean and comfortable. The only hiccup was the communication from the mgmt which there was none, no one there to check you in or out.

Crazy good location within old town. Super modern remodel of classic building. Rooftop balcony. Elevator if needed. Good communication w host. Excellent recommendations for dinner etc.

Great! They arranged for a pick up at the airport. Great location, right in the city center and next to where the ferries leave from. Marko who picked us up and welcomes you at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.

Awesome place!
Great location! Taxi drops you off and you have maybe 25 steps to the hotel. It’s right in the old town center with restaurants and gelato establishments galore. Very clean and friendly staff.

Cold shower and no blankets on beds
Problems from the start when the key code to get in didn’t work. Ants in the bathroom and marching to the bedroom. Tried to take a shower - no hot water bc i apparently turned off the water heater when I turned the bathroom light 💡 n or off. I have no idea. Only sheets on the bed - after a freezing night they said blankets were in a black bag in the armoire. Who does that??? All I saw was a mattress pad and light bedspread that my husband wrapped up in. Parking was not 24 hrs in the muni lot - only 3 hours at a time except from 10 pm to 8 am. So we had to keep feeding the meter. I can not recommend this hotel - it was the worst night we have spent in Croatia. They need to be customer friendly and this had too many pitfalls. Location was perfect though and it’s a beautiful room. But a warm shower and warm bed were what I wanted.

Palazzo Venezia is a charming boutique hotel in the heart of Zadar's Old Town. The hotel has just four rooms, each of which is individually decorated and furnished with antiques. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. I would highly recommend Palazzo Venezia to anyone looking for a luxurious and historic stay in Zadar.

Geen hotel
Dit 4 sterren hotel is geen hotel. Alle genoemde faciliteiten op de site van Hotels.com waren niet aanwezig. Er is geen receptie, geen roomservice, geen ontbijt mogelijkheden, geen bar of mogwlijkheid voor koffie/drankje, geen minibar, geen welkomsdrankje (niet zo erg), geen ochtendjas en pantoffels (geen big issue) en na de eerste nacht geen schoonmaak en schone handdoeken. De schoonmaak en handdoeken is gelukkig na telefonisch contact opgepakt. Daarnaast is de kamer basic ingericht, wat normaal geen probleem is, maar als je alle voorzieningen schrapt, zorg dan in ieder geval voor koffie faciliteiten in de kamer. Uiteindelijk was dit dus een kamer verhuur ipv een hotel. De kwaliteit/prijs verhouding is dan wel uit balans! En als dit vooraf bekend was geweest, had ik zeker dit hotel niet geboekt! De kamer was geluidsdicht, voorzien van goede airco en gunstig gelegen, in het centrum van Zadar. Het balkon was een plus. Uiteindelijk besloten om in dit "hotel" te blijven, maar het gevoel opgelicht te zijn blijft!

The balcony room was perfect it was the best view. Gorgeous French doors open up to a wonderful sea and city view. It was a perfect location you can not get a better location. The staff even made some great food recommendations. I appreciate that.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Our host Branka was a very friendly lady. The room was very nice and very well decorated. Location is perfect just about 70 yards from the Forum. Getting to the hotel from the Zadar bus station was very convenient via taxi. Taxi goes very close to the property. Very highly recommend to stay here.

Great Location
This hotel was very conveniently located inside the old town right next to one of the gates. When we were dropped off in a small parking lot at the gate we only needed to travel about 50 meters (150 feet) or so to the hotel. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of everything in the old town of Zadar.

What a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of the old town. A small hotel with amazing rooms and fantastic staff which is located right by on if the Old City gates, it is clean, comfortable and very beautiful.

Great place to stay!
Highly recommend. Great location, close to everything. The caretaker was great, so friendly and helpful. The room was so nice decorated like I’m in Venice. Great, big balcony with a Seaview. Very clean and they had an elevator!

Cozy and Comfortable Hotel
It is cozy and convenient to look around the old town since it was located in the old town. The receptionists were so kind and nice. They greeted us warmly and offered useful information. We drove and parked outside the town but it was ok because the parking lot is very close to the hotel. The parking fee is free after from 4 o'clock on Saturday to Sunday. However before arriving there, calling is essential since the gate might be locked.
