Have to be honest about reviews of this hotel, everything was good, like location, breakfast, reception, rooms…but one thing I can’t stand for was cleaning room service…they put back the towels was in floor that I used to the rack with new towels and the stuffs on vanity was messed up around. Because it was a dusty towel I noticed right away when I stepped in the bathroom when I came back from outside. I was disappointed the person cleaned the room. That’s why I have to write the review on here hopefully the hotel manager will solve this problem to make sure it doesn’t affect to good hotel business

We loved our stay. We walked into Zagreb, had a great time. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

The rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. The location is about 2 miles from the center of town and on a busy street which is not ideal; However, transportation is close by, easy to navigate, and the buses run frequently.

The property itself was really cute, clean, and had friendly staff. It’s located right beside the tram and bus station so it’s easy to get to the town center and other areas in Zagreb in about 10-15 minutes. The rooms themself need better air conditioning. It go really hot and humid which made it hard to be in the room for long periods of time and sleep. It was too noisy to have the windows open at night.

We had a really rough stay. Apparently the hotel has disabled temperature control in the rooms and our air conditioner could not be used because the hotel was on “heat mode”. Our room was about 90 degrees and there was no solution given except to open the window. Unfortunately our room was on the first floor so this was both unsafe and loud. We left it open until we tried to sleep but eventually had to close it for security. Pretty miserable night with not much sleep. Management had no solutions.

Exceptionally helpful staff at this luxurious boutique hotel. Exceeded expectations and would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers. Easy walk to train/bus makes for a super convenient location.

中央バスターミナルのすぐ前で空港からの移動にとても便利だった。 何よりホテルのスタッフの方が皆さん本当に親切で快適に滞在できました。 一番お世話になった方に最後ご挨拶ができずチェックアウトになったので心残りです。 本当にありがとうございました。 お部屋も広くて、バスローブや使い捨てスリッパまで備え付けがあり、いつも清潔でいい匂いがしてました。 ホテル前にはトラムの停車場や、パン屋、スーパーととても便利です。 夕飯を食べるところはあまり無かったですが、中央駅までもトラムですぐなので問題ありません。 またザグレブに滞在する際は是非利用したいです。

バスターミナル、トラム乗り場、スーパーが真ん前でめちゃくちゃ便利でした。 エレベーターもあって重い荷物も問題ないです。 海外ホテルには珍しく、使い捨てスリッパがあったり、バスローブも用意されてて良かったです。 シャワーブースにカーテンと段差が無いので、洗面所を水浸しにしないよう工夫が必要ですが、乾燥もよく効いてて特に問題なく過ごせました。

Hotel 9 was exceptional, the staff was courteous and friendly. Beautiful modern decor and very clean . Great location, close enough to Zagreb city center. We stayed at this property in October 2022. It was excellent. Travelled by bus from Budapest to Zagreb and walked a few yards across the street to an incredible hotel. Staff were awesome. Walked to old town and had a great meal. Very quiet hotel and convenient to travel.

Perfectly located for the bus station.
Great location for the bus station, easy to get to from the airport, and perfect to just walk across the road for the next step of my journey by bus. Comfortable spacious room, great value, super breakfast. Would come back again.

Very comfortable hotel in Zagreb
Very nice room and hotel, near the central bus station and 20 minutes walk from the center. Kristina and another girl from the reception were really nice and also the cleaning ladies. Breakfast is very nice, too, and not expensive.

Hotelkamer modern en volledig uitgerust en voldoende ruimte. Reparaties niet recent gedaan. Douchput zat los en airco blaast zeer zacht/nauwelijks waardoor de kamer zeer warm bleef. Te warm om in te slapen. Hierover geklaagd bij receptie. Er werd snel gezegd dat het wordt opgelost door de temperatuur lager te zetten. Dit bleek een schijn oplossing!! Raam open geeft veel muggen binnen, daarnaast geeft de drukke straat naast het hotel erg veel lawaai. Volgende ochtend na een nacht erg slecht slapen naar de receptie. Een andere dame zegt 'een geheim te weten wat haar collega niet weet om de airco op te lossen'. Helaas wordt niet bekend wat het is en de oplossing komt niet. Later die middag ter aangekomen in het hotel blijken we zonder overleg van kamer te zijn veranderd en er wordt verbaasd gereageerd dat we dit niet weten. De airco zou kapot zijn. Hier zou de airconditioning wel werken. Helaas geen oplossing en weer in een temperatuur van 27 gr moeten slapen. Als ik bel naar de receptie, lacht de medewerkster om de situatie maar komt niet met een oplossing. Zegt daarbij dat de reden voor de warmte is dat de andere gasten het koud hebben en ze alle airco units moest uitzetten???? Waarop mijn vraag waarom als ze weet dat het in onze kamer erg warm is? Niet geloofwaardig!! Nog meer smoesjes en leugens hierna om het probleem te omzeilen. Na 2 nachten vreselijk tot niet geslapen, eindelijk uitchecken. Hierbij wordt niet gevraagd of alles oke was. Geen compensatie. 0 sterren!!!
