Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat (2gyermek 2felnőtt). Minden nagyon közel van. Adventre utaztunk a korcsolyapálya , az adventi vásár mind egy utcával arrébb voltak, nagyon közel. A lakás közelébe villamos megálló, kávézók, pékségek vannak.

Very comfortable, clean and well located apartment
Very comfortable, clean and well located apartment. Marija was very corteous and helpful. I will stay again in LOOX apartments on my next trip to Zagreb.

Great stay!
It was just an overnight stay but it was great! We booked it on our way to Zagreb and the host responded quick and gave us check in instructions. The property was clean and beautiful. Room has AC. Dishwasher, cutleries, fridge all available. Location is central and about a 20 minute walk from the central bus station. Uber is a 5 minute ride so it was pretty good too. Overall a great stay!

Modern, clean and close to Old Town.
CONS: The entrance was offsetting--a bit dusty, etc. But that seemed true of the whole building's exterior doors. The instructions could have been easier to follow if they had been in order. The apartment's door had a deadbolt lock that did not work; hence, the cleaning lady burst in unannounced before 9:30 a.m. and then again at 10:50 a.m. although we had been allowed an 11:00 check-out. PROS: The apartment was very pleasant and had been decorated tastefully. It was immaculate. There were extra bath towels available and the hot water heater was ready. The TV worked well and the kitchen was adequately equipped. We appreciated the extra touches, such as the towel warmers. The bed was quite comfortable. We appreciated having the late check-out and the literature of what to enjoy in Zagreb.

L’appartement est très bien en général. Par contre, les serviettes sentaient la cigarette, et l’appartement n’avait pas nécessairement toutes les commodités pour y rester plusieurs jours. Le hall d’entrée n’avait pas de lumière et était complètement délabré. Il n’y avait pas de stationnement non plus.

Stayed for 2 nights for quick visit to Zagreb. It was perfect for us. We were travelling by bus and the apartment was an easy tram ride.

The apartment is in central location but a rundown dirty building. It is small and not well maintained with cracks on the wall, black and yellow stains on the shower pan and walls. The worst is that all the bedding, sofa bed, bed and pillows are all have stains, particularly the pillows, looks very old and covered with so many yellow stains underneath the cover. The towels looks very old and some have stains. All bedding materials looks very cheap and old. The bed sheet is so thin that you can see through the dark color underneath(possible the dirt). Tables have yellow burning marks. Overall, the apartment is very cheaply furnished and doesn’t look clean due to various stains. The owner think the solution to the bedding stains is to put one more layers of sheet or cover. It is unbelievable. Expedia rated 3 stars but the condition of the apartment is worse than 1 star.

They were incredibly attentive in ensuring I knew everything needed for check-in prior to arrival. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location! Overall the stay here was fantastic.

I booked this property twice. Every time it amazes me. Very nice location to reach bus terminal and town center. If I have chance to come Zagreb again I will definitely book here again.

리셉션이 따로 없어서 불편할 줄 알았는데, 연락도 끊임없이 실시간으로 가능하고 , 너무 친절하게 잘해주고, 무엇보다 방이 깨끗해서 좋았습니다 위치도 정말 최고...!!!!!!! I thought It would be uncomfortable because there are no receptionist, but it was not. They answer you right away to your questions and help whenever you ask :) it was literally nice and wonderful place also clean, the location? Perfect..! Everything was nice :)

The apartment
The apartment is really good. It is very clean and I can find any kitchenware I want. The heaters are really good and I didn’t feel cold during the night. The apartment is close to station and city center. It is also close to the university and a lot of famous sites.

Great location, we walked everywhere. Place was clean and the host was super accomadating. I didnt have service so it was hard for me to communitcate but the host was so nice and worked with me. Loved staying here and slept great!!

Pleasant stay in Zagreb
Location is walking distance from train station and town centre. Apartment is clean and bright. Don't know if it's standard practise, but we had to put the cover for duvet by ourselves. Toilet got slightly flooded on day of checkout but they were quick to respond and arrange for heater to be fixed. Verdana is very helpful and responds quickly to queries.

Clean, modern, convenient
Very clean, modern furnishings, and convenient walk to train station as well as restaurants and parks. The king bed is comfortable, but the pull out couch was small and uncomfortable- probably only suitable for children. Easy check-in and check-out, even after hours with a code lockbox outside the front door.

Apartamento en buenas condiciones aunque pequeńo. La entrada y el portal no van acorde al apartamento, aunque mucha parte de Zagreb es así. Está a unos 10 minutos del centro.
