“Pand ligt aan een hele drukke weg. Tot na 12 uur is de buurt heel rumoerig van auto, wandelend publiek, schreeuwende schoolkinderen en/of luidruchtige tieners. Er is geen vluchtroute. Bij een calamiteit zit je aks een rat in de val. Met kleine kinderen zeker geen aanrader omdat ze rondom het huis niet buiten kunnen. Badkamer stond naar rioolgas. Wrs defecte afvoer. Er stonden leuke geurstokhes maar die stonden al heel lang droog. Het geurtje in de spuitbuis was tht 02-2023 dus ook allang leeg....

“This is one of the most elegant, well-equipped properties we have ever stayed in. Everything from the superb bed linens and lovely hand soap, to the gourmet kitchen. The location near museums and parks, was wonderful. Communication, check in and out was handled well, and the extra bedding we requested was ready for us. We are already planning a return trip next spring, and would hope to book this apartment again.”

“I stayed at this property for 3 days and enjoyed it and Amsterdam thoroughly. The host was very helpful and open. I had no issues with anything at the property. The area is very nice and quite at night. Only possible downside could be for people with mobility issues as the staircases are very narrow and steep. As long as you're aware of that, I recommend this place.”

The room was nice but somethings were missing off the description initially like it being a shared co working space and the jacuzzi wasn’t clean enough to go in, but the fire pit was amazing and the patio. “The cottage is the perfect solution for a romantic holiday on the beach. It is small but cosy and very well conceived. It has everything you need for a short stay, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. Everything is walking distance and we enjoyed a lot to walk around the cute city center. The owners are very nice and have been always available for us. We will come back for sure!”
