Dear, thank you for your review. Even though it is just three words, it is very powerful. We feel sorry that the holiday was not according to your expectations. It is a nightmare of every hotelier to realise that the time which the guest spent in their hotel was not according the expectations. We understood your comments already during the holiday and once again, thank you for sharing it with us during your stay. Some, we were able to solve or offer you alternative solution. Some others, unfortunately, could not be addressed from our side, because they are given by nature of Zanzibar and nature of our product. And actually, they represent the values and product for which we are proud of! So these cannot be changed. Every year we welcome at Tulia hundreds of clients and we are really going an extra mile for everyone to deliver unique experience. But it happens sometimes, that in such amount of guests, there is a couple who had different idea of how to spend the holiday. Even though, it is luckily very small number, we are still feeling sorry for them, because our intention is to bring happiness - not bitter feelings. Positive thing is that the negative reviews have the highest readership and they are helping to other clients to make the right decision. Therefore, here are some tips for great holiday: - Go for All Inclusive Meal Plan - it is the best All Inclusive on the island wich includes just every drink and every food. Including premium champagne and wine. Our restaurants serve a-la-carte for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. We do not have buffet. Everything in very high fine dining way. Our chef Mgeni Mzima is recognised as one of the best chefs on the island and he is happy to prepare the food out of the menu, if you wish. With All Inclusive, you know upfront the full cost of your holiday and you do not need to think about every little order. - We are providing private complimentary airport transfer for every reservation - you do not need to pay any extra transfer to your agency or taxi driver. Just contact us before arrival with your flight details and we will arrange it for you. And if you are staying on the island with another hotel, we can pick you up/drop you off there as well. For free. - As a present, we are giving you one complimentary massage for each person. You can choose any massage from our menu. Book your spa appointment at the reception as soon as possible so you secure the best time for you. And couple massages are possible too. - For full relax and holistic experience book a complimentary private yoga for healing your body and mind. - Also, the gym is open nonstop for our active guests. You can also take an advantange of private trainer to reach better results fully free of charge as well. Those are just few of the tips.
