“Servizio molto scadente, lo staff non parla inglese ed è impossibile comunicare, nessuno ha intenzione ad aiutare e servirti il comfort che una spa dovrebbe offrire. Abbiamo trascorso il weekend di san Valentino pensando di soggiornare in un resort, ma in realtà la spa è inesistente, non ci sono servizi e la struttura non è tenuta in buone condizioni. Abbiamo provato 3 volte a prenotare un massaggio tailandese non incluso nel prezzo, ed è stato un totale fallimento con la comunicazione. Un...

“Ottima la posizione, la camera ampia e bene arredata, confortevole .Il bagno moderno e bene attrezzato. La prima colazione abbastanza ricca ma non negli standard di un 4 stelle. L'albergo ha una piscina coperta ed una SPA. Mia moglie ha provato a prenotare dei trattamenti, ma le due estetiste non sono state in grado di gestire gli appuntamenti. Anzi ,fissatone 1 ,l'estetista non si è presentata senza avvertire. Mia moglie ha chiesto notizie alla reception e così ha saputo che l'appuntamento era...

“It was our second time in Karlovy Vary and we were looking for a special place with a view, located in the heart of the city and close to all the main points of interest. This hotel was lovely, bright, with large rooms, a fantastic position downtown and with very pleasant and welcoming staff. We loved our room on the third floor with a balcony. The bed was comfy and the bathroom also very large and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our very relaxing 4-day stay in Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad), La Bohemia met all of our needs: convenient location, good view, clean facilities, and close by public transportation. The included breakfast was yummy with many choices, and the crepes w/fresh strawberries were a favorite. Size of the room w/high ceilings and a balcony was nice for relaxing and enjoying the view of the river walking areas. An overall lovely stay at a nicely remodeled hotel with a sense of history....

“It was a great apartment. Especially the easy check in via code to the apartment was great. The communication via WhatsApp was working great but also felt a bit like communicating with an ai chat bot. Only thing that could be a burden is the elevator which holds only between the floors of the appartements”

“Das Hotel hat wirklich Stil man fühlt sich beinahe in eine "alte Zeit" zurückversetzt. Das Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, es war aber grundsätzlich schon ausreichend. Irritierend war lediglich, dass man am Abend ein der Bar mehr als 10 Minuten auf ein Bier warten musste, obwohl überhaupt nichts los war (offenbar hat die Bedienung den Zapfhahn nicht richtig bedienen können)”

“Das Hotel überzeugt mit seiner erstklassigen Lage direkt an der Skipiste. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich, und das Personal ist freundlich. Allerdings war das Frühstück etwas begrenzt in der Auswahl. Trotzdem würde ich aufgrund der tollen Lage und des insgesamt positiven Eindrucks gerne wiederkommen.”

“Good location for being in the middle of the main street. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh when walking into my room. It is East Europe and the rooms are antiquated in that power outlets are not many. Only stayed for one night so I didn’t get to see the spa but from the looks of the area and brochures on treatments, would seem to be nice. ”
