“It was our second time in Karlovy Vary and we were looking for a special place with a view, located in the heart of the city and close to all the main points of interest. This hotel was lovely, bright, with large rooms, a fantastic position downtown and with very pleasant and welcoming staff. We loved our room on the third floor with a balcony. The bed was comfy and the bathroom also very large and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!”

“Good location for being in the middle of the main street. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh when walking into my room. It is East Europe and the rooms are antiquated in that power outlets are not many. Only stayed for one night so I didn’t get to see the spa but from the looks of the area and brochures on treatments, would seem to be nice. ”

“Great service. Big room (#405) with enough space for our 3 children, my wife and I. Three TV’s, so nobody fighting for channels LOL! Nespresso machine with pods, as well as tea available. “L'hotel molto carino, ottima colazione, ottima posizione. Personale cortese (soprattutto Denisa). L'unica osservazione negativa è che abbiamo prenotato 2 camere con vista sulla città mentre una camera dava su un cortile interno. Sarebbe opportuno rispettare quanto indicato nella prenotazione. Non esiste aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore. Per il resto tutto perfetto.”
