“The staff was very helpful in changing our room from an accessible one to one that wasn’t. They also accommodated a request to place us on a different floor than the big group of kids that was staying there. Our room was well equipped and clean. The bed was comfortable, water free, and the view was outstanding.”

“We have been traveling and using Expedia for over 20 years. We booked this hotel via Expedia more than a month before our stay with a “pay at hotel” rate. The hotel decided to cancel our reservation in the morning of our arriving due to some cc pre authorization issue without any attempt whatsoever of contacting us. We got many other messages from the hotel - via the Expedia messaging - with confirmation and welcome messages but none about an issue with pre authorization. We only found out when...

“Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar.
Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...
