“Breakfast was a real let down, waited ages for the food and when it came I was warned that the plate was hot , shame the food wasn’t, and they forgot my toast”

“The hotel seemed to be short staffed during breakfast service. The staff seemed annoyed when we ordered eggs. For some reason, the radiators were on full blast in the corridor between reception and the rooms despite it being 30+ degrees outside. So it was a bit uncomfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t great in our room. It was blowing but the air wasn’t cooled. A red light was flashing on the temperature control. “My rooms was large & comfortable. Apart from the heater it was excellent. My evening meal was a limited buffet that cost £30. Tbh I don’t eat a lot as would have like the option of a small meal.”
