“I checked in at 10:30 pm. The night clerk was very helpful, welcoming, and helped me get a handicap room. Pros: 1. Hot breakfast (eggs, waffles). 2. Large bathroom, clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower. 3. Quiet room in spite of the proximity to Interstate 2. Cons: 1. The hotel room I stayed in needs a couple of upgrades. 2. The daytime staff was not friendly.”

“Alquilaron una habitación para 5 personas y solo habían 2 camas queen. No cabían 5 personas y cuando se les reclamó dijeron que expedía tenía el problema no ellos.”

“I really enjoyed the helpful staff. We were coming in to town for an event and they allowed us to check in at 1:00pm. The staff was very nice and amicable. The room was hot upon arrival but was able to cool down fast. The room was nice and clean along with the restroom. The only thing I did not like was how loud the restroom door creaked every time it was opened and how much water escaped under the shower door had to use the extra towels to dry up the floor after I showered. “I normally do not leave reviews but this was advertised as exceptional and 9.2. While it was clean, it is very basic, older student style housing close to the UTRGV. The surrounding dwellings are run down, and the area is certainly not good for more than just needing a place to crash for the night. ”
