“It was a very beautiful property and the room was large and nicely appointed however when we arrived the manager had turned off the air conditioner in the room. It was really hot. The staff apologized but it was really hot in our room and the air conditioner in the bathroom did not work in the room was big enough that you needed both. The staff gave us a portable fan to use, however it should be policy that the air conditioner is always on in the room when it’s 100° outside”

“Property was clean. Could of used a bit better quality of towels, but otherwise very nice accommodations”

“The hotel itself and the grounds were beautiful and immaculate. The set up is odd with a hotel inside a hotel. We did have a hard time finding it since the name was only on one side door. The pool is on the smaller side with both hotels using it. The conference area and the exercise room seemed more than adequate for travelers. Our room was spotless and I must say the beds were some of the most comfortable I've had the pleasure of sleeping on. Bedding was that of a top brand hotel....

“It was a nice place however i had an allergic reaction to the blankets so we could not stay in the hotel. We were told at the front desk they would push a refund through if we got expedia to do so but expedia had no options we could find to refund or call them on the matter. So 400USD wasted. May not use expedia ever again due to this.”

“The room was clean. I stayed there for 8 days. Housekeeping only brought in towels, bathroom sink and toilet were never wiped out. The elevator floor and walls were filthy. Air-condition thermostat needed new batteries and it was never changed, my son had to ask for the batteries and put them in himself. Breakfast was not available long enough, we slept in and breakfast was not available by the time we could come down from the room. Parking was good.”

“The front desk staff was rude, and our shower in the room only hot steeming hot water. Also, there was a leak in the bathroom faucet front that was deteriorating the cabinet.”

“We hadn’t stayed there in a long time and stayed last night. They filled in the pool with concrete. Room curtains don’t block out the light at all at night. They are sheer and clear in places. There is no milk at breakfast. The staff said they were out. We won’t be back.”

“The room was clean and adequate. There was a mini fridge, microwave and k-pod coffee maker which were all nice amenities to have. There was a walk in shower instead of a tub which was also nice. There was plenty of parking. The staff was pleasant. They made up our room each day which was unexpected in this day and age so that was an added bonus. I did not eat the free breakfast so cannot speak to that.”

“Love this hotel. Avid hotels are consistently clean, friendly and comfortable. This one in OKC was that plus the front desk night staff was lovely. She was very kind and helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable and breakfast was good also”

“Per il prezzo pagato (34 dollari circa una stanza in due ospiti) non ci aspettavamo chissà quale qualità e pulizia ma, tutto sommato, una notte là si può trascorrere. Certo, bisogna un po’ entrare nell’ottica del “viaggio da campo” ma può andar bene. Colazione gratuita passabile. Si può migliorare. ”

“The hotel was nice, didnt get a chance to check out the pool. Bathroom and room were clean and looked great. Water pressure in shower was great. Only thing, if we wanted to eat the breakfast we had to pay extra. When did breakfast stop being complimentary at hotels? Im already spending over $200 and you expect me to pay another $30 for breakfast? No thanks. Bring back complimentary breakfast.”
