“As usual, I had another very pleasant one night stay at this hotel. Everything worked properly, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. I won’t hesitate to stay at Colonial Inn in the future especially when the hotels on the other side of Interstate 40 are charging $50 to $100 more per night for similar features and quality.”

“Very outdated facility. Once we got to the area, there were many other options that were newer. I wouldnt suggest stayong here given all the options that surround this place.”

“The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable.”

“Water damage to second floor ceilings and walls including non termite non bedbug bugs; but bugs nonetheless. Staff was super nice. Parking easy. Didn’t need a badge to get into the building from outside from door not fully closing. But semi secluded area. Breakfast is rough. But overall good experience for cheapest option available.”

“The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is your usual continental breakfast. It was good and worth it. I checked in around 3:30pm and the gentleman was not very welcoming. I interacted with him again upon checkout and he was just rude in a sense. Like it bothered him that customers were talking to him. But Jan I think was her name was so nice and helpful. Complete opposite. I would definitely stay again. It’s also in great location close to restaurants and various store.”

“If you are not a big breakfast eater or you do not eat breakfast then you will live your stay. Very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Room was quiet so that you could rest.”

“Loved our room and staff were nice. Kids loved the pool. The day shift attendant on 6/3/26 was extremely nice. She gave my kids some beach balls to play with in the pool.”

“There was no back up toilet paper no hand soap. There was a glob of hair on the carpet by the bed. There was an animal scratching in the wall at night behind my bed. My room was 104, next to the reception fireplace. I went to the reception desk 2 times, called out and no one ever came. This was about 9am and 11am.”
