“We really enjoyed our stay. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the spacious kitchen and common area were great places to relax. A real bonus for us was the fireplace in the common area, which kept us warm and cozy during the colder temperatures outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We also appreciated that a free shuttle service to Queenstown is offered. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The hotels sits within a busy shopping area of five mile area. Parking was easy. Checking in was easy. They do keep $100 when you check in and it is returned to you at checkout. Overall it was a nice place to stay. New and modern”

“My sister and I shared Spike 1 and 2, which was perfect for being in Queenstown for 4 nights. It's a really nice unit, and it had everything we needed, and it was easy enough to keep the place warm (which is not a given in NZ in July). It was close enough to downtown that we just walked there. We really loved our time there. The only downside is that the WiFi kept dropping, and there was a morning where it just wasn't working, so this might not be the best option for someone who needs a reliable...

“Basic room with basic amenities. Pretty clean, although uncertain on how well the carpet was hoovered. Nice, comfortable bed, with good pillows and clean sheets. Shower pressure was atrocious.”

We arrived to find that the heating/air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, and with outside temperatures below freezing, the room was extremely cold. The only solution offered was a small fan heater, which barely warmed the room. When we asked if anything else could be done, we were simply told the technicians had gone home and there was nothing they could do. There was no effort to move us to another room, offer...

“We're from QLD, Australia and stayed here for 8 nights as a family in the unit of a bedroom, a separate living room with a full kitchen and a private laundry equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer (+ iron and ironing stand).
