“It was ok”

“The staff was kind, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. I was disappointed that the description of the property and amenities were not totally transparent. I had chosen Rapid River Lodge for the waterpark. I had young children and knew it would be fun for them to play in the water. At check-in I was told the waterpark is closed, they have limited days and hours. They called to another hotel and we had the inconvenience of loading up and drive there for a pool.”

“The pool was closed, so that was a bummer. The desk person was kind and helpful. The room had a fitted sheet that didn’t fit the bed, the 3 pillows (it was a king) were very flat and old. The bathroom floor was sticky due to cleaning products not fully cleaned up. Nice TV, desk and free WiFi. Breakfast was okay, I think I was one of two guests so I don’t blame them for not having a lot. I was supposed to get the studio with a king bed/full kitchen and hot tub in the room. “Very nice property that is on the Main Street so it’s convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. Only draw back was the road noise, but over all very nice”
