“I really wanted to love my stay here but I was disappointed. First I arrived from a long drive to the computer system being down. So the line was backed up to check in. They did give me a $50 voucher so that was nice. I paid for a king room at the Reserve which ended up being in the building across the street from the main entrance. Check-in gave me a map telling me the specific numbered points to go to get to my room. But when I drove back there to park and walked to that specific location,...
