Il receptionist che ci ha fatto il check out è stato bravo e disponibile e anche il signore che ci ha aiutato in quel momento con i bagagli. Devo ammettere che non trovare caffè, bollitore e dell’acqua di cortesia in camera è stata una bruttissima sorpresa. Queste amenities ci sono in hotel di categoria inferiore ormai ovunque. “The rooms and service and restaurants are outstanding- Quimby (Q), Leo the concierge, Ari the bellman, the entire valet team and staff were beyond welcoming. A minor note that the pool/steam are not available to hotel guests without booking a spa service. It is a wonderful property and we will be back!”
