“The property has a distant view of ocean. Cannot hear the ocean.The road to the property is extremely steep and bumpy.If others are staying downstairs, you can hear almost every sound they make. This was not a problem for us. Definitely feels like you are in a neighborhood, not a tourist area.”

“Our host was amazing!!! We rented the week of NYE, and a big storm started early new years eve day. Hunter checked in with us to make sure all was well, and after short local area internet outage, Hunter offered, and was over in 15 minutes rebooting and getting our internet access up and going again! Hunter saved NYE and our family reunion!”

“Beds were comfortable and kitchen useful, response from owner was prompt re a couple of things and a nice location. We were a little surprised it was a basement apartment- it looks like it's an upper level space in the photo. It was nice and worked for us, but hardly luxury. Seemed a bit deceptive w the photo and luxury description. The blinds are outdated and clumsy, the lighting could be much better with dimmers and floor lamps and the stools were cheap and uncomfortable. Simple solutions...
