“Good and friendly staff”

“We appreciated the quick grab breakfast options (hot breakfast options available for those with later flights) before hitting the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle runs frequently and takes less than five minutes door-to-door. We were leaving our car and appreciated the gates well lit parking lot.”

“The hotel is not the newest.. that being said the front desk staff were knowledgeable friendly, and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff obviously take pride in their work. The room was spotless with little fancy touches you find in 5 star hotels. The bed was really comfortable. The shuttle service is Lyft so the will take you exactly when and where you want to go and it's covered by the hotel. I wouldn't go there for a holiday but as a stay for the airport, totally recommend!”

“Nice clean room, spacious, huge walk in shower. Shuttle for a charge and waited longer than anticipated as it's not continuous but associated with Holiday Inn Express. Hotel isolated from eateries in area, but Bistro staff pleasant although food selection overpriced.”

“Great staff and service throughout the stay. The location was very convenient and the hotel was generally quiet, allowing for good rest at night. Breakfast was definitely the highlight, with a wide variety and very good quality. The only downside was the room: it felt a bit dark and the bathroom tended to flood while taking a shower. Overall, still a very pleasant experience.”

“Watch out with the parking cost, goes up to 45USD per night! That is an extra 25% to the room price that they hide in order to appear higher on the search. I have been in different Embassy Suites and this is the first time I get charged for Parking. Knowing that I would use the 45USD per night to increase my budget and move closer to SF downtown.”

“buona la posizione, vicina alla fermata bart, safeway, autostrada. parcheggio sotto l’hotel gratuito. ci sono alcune cose che andrebbero migliorate, quali la colazione troppo esigua, le finiture quali gli infissi e la porta del bagno. per il resto abbastanza nuovi i mobili ed il letto, pulita la camera, buono il set di asciugamani, i saponi, la tv. personale cortese e sorridente.”
