“Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beach front home, even though the weather was cold and gloomy most days. The view was amazing (we even had a few whales visiting the area while we were here so we got to whale watch from the front porch! So cool!), the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Two awesome coffee shops in walking distance was a huge plus for us. Lots of amenities in the home (beach towels, laundry facilities, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, lots of kitchen gadgets and appliances)....

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Karla's apt. The neighborhood was quiet, the deck view was lovely, and the room was just perfect for us. A lot of kitchen amenities, well stocked linens, etc. Karla was easy to communicate with, and the property was surprisingly easy to get to from downtown Berkeley. “Deanna was a wonderful host and the space was exactly what we needed for our stay! We loved having a couch to relax on when we weren’t out and about and a kitchenette to use when we didn’t feel like eating out. “We had to book this location a day before we made it out there so I was nervous about what we were getting into but it was perfect! I must mention that we did not have AC in the unit we stayed in and coming from the south, that was very unusual. Little did we know, you didn’t even need AC! The ceiling fans were enough and kept us COLD as we slept! The host was responsive and very helpful! ”

“Wonderful stay in a spacious and clean place! We are a family of five (two adults and three children) and the house was very easy to find. The owner saved a street parking space for us and was very kind and accommodating. We were able to check in an hour early so we could drop our stuff off and go do some tourist stuff. We will definitely be considering this place to stay again in the future! ”
