“Ideal location, plenty of living space, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms handy when traveling with a friend. Room is a bit run down and lacked some of the simple things like tea, coffee, milk and detergent for the washing machine. Room was too light at night for my liking, could do with blackout curtains”

“Having not been to Malaysia or Kuala Lumpur before, I was a little confused about finding the check-in, reception. The main entrance is inside the mall, at the far end of the East Wing on Level G. The room, while dated in furnishings, was extremely clean and spacious. Very easy access to the elevators, the suite came with both a double and a single bed, as well as full-sized bath and separate shower. Will certainly stay here again if I come back to KL.”

“The room had a very great view, the staff that met us at the lobby was very nice and helpful as well as accommodating. The only reason I put 3 stars is because the bathroom smell was just terrible. Smelled like urine and I am not sure if it’s just the piping or what. But this is not the first time we stayed in Berjaya Times. I hope they will fix it for future stays.”

What is disappointing from my last stay (Jan 26) and this one is NO housekeeping!! I left my room at 10am and when i return at 5pm, the room is still not cleaned Several other rooms have left their rubbish bins outside their rooms. “We needed to stay for one night in Kuala Lumpur to, to be sure to get the Emirates flight back to Italy the day after, so we chose this cheap solution. The apartment is not very big and of medium quality, but its location is perfect, since it is located in Time Sqare tower B, which is one of the most famous mall in Kuala Lumpur. “Hotel is located at the non high end part of Bukit Bintang which you would appreciate if you are into bustling night life and crowds. Staff are consistently friendly all the time and the rooms are large and modern. Would stay here again the next time I am at KL. ”
