“La location in pieno centro, offre vantaggi enormi. Devo dire che ho pernottato diverse volte in questo hotel, la colazione è molto abbondante ed offre una vastissima scelta di prodotti. Le camere, quasi tutte ristrutturate. Dico quasi tutte perchè nel mio ultimo soggiorno, ho avuto una camera diciamo così, un pò datata. Nonostante questo, comunque sempre accogliente. Lo standard dell' hotel soddisfacence.”

“Great place, centrally located, convinience store next door, 10mins walk from Arbat/Panfilov/Ascension/GreenBazar. Hotel staff were helpful, the only place that offered water refills instead of std 2/ day plastic bottles. Mildom uses glass bottles + a large jug in each room that all guests could refill.very practical! Toilet with bidet is almost a luxury in Almaty! Food was awesome &a generoud spread compared to several others. HAPPY KIDS makes it worth the proce which is also reasonable given...
